Second time using Rapid Rooter and they were great. Professional, friendly, reasonable prices, quick response time and you can trust them to fix the problem. Both times we had TJ as our technician and he did a wonderful job. Took his time to source out the problem, kept me informed and fixed our issues. We will always use Rapid Rooter when we have a issue.

Stan was Awesome. He wasn't rushed and answered all my questions. He explained what he was doing while I watched and was very polite. I will request him for future services.

After we started hearing a loud racket coming from the A/C unit I went outside to check and originally just seen a hose spewing everywhere so I figured that it had came loose and cause the issue. Called morris Jenkins to come out and take a look, after Alex arrived we looked again and I noticed a black snake about 3 feet had gotten tangled in my fan and caused all sorts of damage. Hopefully just a once in a lifetime stroke of bad luck, but service wise everything was great.
