Jon came with a positive attitude, very professional, told me what needed to be done and what might have to be done. He is very friendly, he did a great job after clearing the pipes, wiping down the inside of the cabinet making sure everything was in good shape. Great guy

I had a minor but time sensitive issue with the fridge water line. After calling several plumbers, came across All Hours Plumbing via a Google search. The person I spoke with actually solved the issue over the phone and I was able to fix it myself. I had to write a review anyway because he was friendly, helpful, honest, and saved me time and headache. Would recommend giving All Hours Plumbing a try.

Had water standing in my yard and Joe explained the options well and then explored further. Turned out to be buried and broken sewer cap and clog. Walked me through the issue and choices- and pricing. Joe was able to get things moving through and rebuilt the sewer outlet. He even contacted the city to come do a flushing out. Great service and will definitely use this company in the future. They came out one day after I called as it was not emergency- still extremely quick in my experience! Reasonable price for some extremely gross work.

Matt (the technician) came on time and did an excellent job as well as gave clear explanations.

I would definitely recommend this company. They were very prompt and professional. They also took the time to explain to me what the actual issue was. They also fixed the issue in a timely manner.

Poor communication. Wasn't notified of when they were to arrive (as they stated they would). Then, they call and say they are leaving after sitting in front of the house for 40 minutes. Try ringing the door bell next time.

I've used Clog Busterz on a few separate occasions and they have been amazing! On top of their great service they saved me a ton of money compared to other companies.

Had a great experience with them from start to finish. We had an issue with our water heater. It was older so knew it was time to replace. The team at this place came our quickly to assess our old heater and quickly upgraded us to the new ones that heat up quickly. James was especially helpful at explaining how the new system works and it’s benefits. The guys that came out were professional and polite. They came into our home and worked quickly. We really thought it would take longer than it did. They also did a great job at leaving everything better than when they started. Also, not what we were expecting. They whole team seemed to be genuine and caring. The whole process was way better than what we thought it would be like. Truly some nice people working at this place. I don’t usually take the time to write a review on businesses. But really needed to write this one. Because it seems like service doesn’t matter to most companies these days. So recognizing when they do is important.

John was good at communicating about his arrival time. He explained our options very well and was quick to install our new water heater.

John and Lucas did an amazing job. They put in a new main water line outside and got it all done in one day!

My elderly parents needed their water pipes and spicket to their laundry room line replaced and this company was very responsive. The first company I called never answered the phone. We wanted to support small and local business. After reading the reviews, I decided to give Presidential Plumbing a chance. I spoke to Danny to schedule the initial estimate visit and he was able to get a technician out the very same day. I was surprised they could do so. Gary came to assess the damage and completed the repairs. My parents said he was prompt, cordial, and great at his job. He was on time. They sent a text letting us know when they were on the way so we could track where they were. My parents are very pleased with his work! Highly recommended!!! We will definitely use them again and let our friends know!!! You do not get this kind of quality service anymore. Do call them for all your plumbing needs and repairs!!! ?

Just an honest guy that knows what he's doing and is definitely less expensive than the competition. Highly recommended. I'll use him again.
