WOW, what GREAT service at a GREAT price. I needed a hot water heater. I had initially called another local plumbing company to do the repairs. They told me my water heater was not a typical water heater and it would have to be special ordered and cost a lot. I asked them if they could provide me with options. I waited 3 days and they never got back to me. I called Jason at Julian's Plumbing and he was at my house within 2 hours. By 10 o'clock the next morning he had replaced my water heater at half the cost I was previously quoted. It was the absolute best service I have had in the last 25 years. It was wonderful working with an honest, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, local family owned business. I highly recommend Julian's Plumbing!

Wanda was great about getting me directed to the right person to talk to. Tracy was very patient with me and diligent in her efforts to help me solve the riddle of the source of the leak in my house. Travis was a God-send. He was very knowledgable, performed all the necessary tests, connected all the dots to arrive at a logical answer to the riddle and explained it all to me in a way that I could understand.

Jeremy was very helpful and really took time to explain everything and answer my questions. Much more so than other plumbing companies I had contacted. Gave me various itemized/detailed quotes to choose from based on how basic or extensive work I wanted. I picked one in the middle. I will definitely use Wyatt Works again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

I received exceptional service from Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Charlotte.The workers were very pleasant; efficient, and thorough. They kept me up to date; sharing with me their progress every step of the way. They quickly changed by nervousness about the project ( Changing pipes) to calmness knowing I was in good hands . They came quick, were thorough, and explained everything I needed to fix my problems. The rates were much more reasonable than another recommended company and these guys were faster and more efficient with their time while in my home. I didn't have any doubts in the quality of work and what needed to be done was completed faster than estimated, which is also a nice surprise. We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.

Shannon and Reggie worked fast and clean to replace a section of piping that was slowing a sink drain. Incredibly nice guys, on top of their professionalism, expertise and courtesy.

Reggie quoted two possible estimates for the repair - all depending on our pipe configuration once he cut into the drywall. When he and Shannon came back out to do the repair, they located and resolved the issue quickly, thoroughly and exactly at the price quoted.

It's really hard, particularly right now, to get good home repair/service/contractors out for relatively small jobs. I appreciated Massey Plumbing's responsiveness and overall smart customer service.

The house I just purchased had polybutylene pipes in them. John came out and was very informative and gave me all of my options in an easy to understand way. He also pointed out some things that were not in my inspection report but were not to code with my water heater and pressure valve. Luckily I was still under contract and they worked with me so that I could work with the sellers to have them pay for the repairs. I hired them to repipe the entire house and fix everything that wasn't to code. They were able to start work right away and got everything completed in only TWO days!! They worked hard so I didn't have to be without water on either day and on the third day they had the inspector come out and passed first go around. We got quotes from 2 other plumbers and they werent necessarily the cheapest or most expensive but they were the best value for the quality and knowledge they provided.

I used MKB to install a sink at my business. Mike did a great job! After meeting with several plumbers, he was definitely the right choice. I would definitely recommend MKB for all your plumbing needs.

We had a great experience with this company. The technician name was Duane smith and he was very helpful with any questions or issue he had. They were fast in sending a technician out to see what the problem was and it is greatly appreciated.

After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.
***It's very rare to find a company these days that doesn't take advantage of a situation like this and ends up charging an arm and a leg.***
Their image is super clean cut, they are extremely honest class A company that I wish I could be them a 10 star review.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.
