The two technicians who came and gave me back my toilets were professional, courteous, informative, and expediently efficient. They went right to work and were finished in no time. They arrived within an hour of my call. That's important when your septic tank is backing up in your bathtub. The cost was very reasonable and their service was 5 star. I would highly recommend AAA.

I initially called on a Sunday afternoon when I discovered an issue with my hot water heater. The gentleman I spoke with indicated he would be more than happy to come out, but might not have the part I needed. He didnt want me to spend the $$$ for a weekend call and set up a time for someone to come the next day - more likely to be able to get any parts needed.

Chris J. came out the next day and was very easy to work with. Fast and efficient. He found the problem and was able to repair it without any issues. I don’t know what this type of work typically costs, but it didn’t seem too bad. Plus, there’s something to be said for having the problem fixed within about 24 hours and saving the weekend call fee. These guys were very easy to work with and I’ll likely be calling them if I need any future fixes.

Brett and his team are great. Very knowledgeable and very responsive, they work quickly and efficiently. Brett always finds the time to explain what they're doing and how things work. All Hours installed a tankless water heater at our house, which required some additional piping, and we're very happy with the quality of work.

The gentleman that came out to my house was very professional he knew exactly what he was doing and he wasn't here that long so I would imagine that they have a lot of professionals working with them this is a great company and the price was not that much!!!

Roto Rooter (and Adonis in particular) was great- I called in the morning, they were out same day afternoon.

I was using roto-rooter for a second opinion and I’m glad I did, Adonis was able to fix my issue for half the price I was quoted from another company and he was very knowledgeable and friendly while fixing the issue.

I was having my house connected to Charlotte city water and sewer by ER Plumbing. I am sorry I don’t remember all of the technicians names but at one point there must’ve been seven of them out there working to hook me up. It was a huge project and they were extremely diligent and proficient. They all were very caring and how they dealt with my issue in my property. They also worked with me on some specifics that I desired and did them with ease and we’re gracious in all of our encounters during the day. They all deserve a raise in my opinion

I had clogged drains in my kitchen and no remedy I tried worked. I call Charlotte Plumbing & Repair and they scheduled a quick turn around time for me. The gentlemen that came was on time and did a great job. Not only did he fix my problem, but gave me a few suggestions to keep it from happening again. I have this company on my contact list for any other plumbing problems that may arise.

Chris Rose replied right away to an emergency situation and arrived promptly. He fixed our issue and price was less than expected. Super-nice guy as well! Highly recommend!

When we moved into our new home we discovered that our HVAC was not working. We contacted Roby Services and were immediately impressed by their quick response, knowledge and professionalism. Ultimately Anthony C. diagnosed the problem and installed some replatement parts. We now have a working HVAC unit thanks to the crew at Roby. Fatman Plumbing was great! So we had BRIAN WILSON today at our home, we had him install an Insinkerator Quiet series and a Reverse osmosis system which was VERY affordable, he was an awesome guy, good to talk too, and explained the process, he brought all of his tools, had everything he needed besides one thing and he let us know immediately. The job was completed and is awesome, works great, I and my Mrs couldnt be happier

Dean Burns was paid to change the plumbing in my bathroom. I have tried to contact him for a month because my plumbing was messing up again. I found out he did not replace the pipes. He will not contact me about the situation. I was told I have a 5 year warranty. I’m looking to call an attorney. Have anyone else sued him? I just tried to look Dean Burns up on the State Board of Plumbing and can not find him.
