Best Home Water Filtration Systems in Charlotte NC

We recently moved into a 100 year old home with galvanized pipes. Since we have moved in we have had terrible water flow without the ability to run multiple appliances/showers/bathrooms or anything else simultaneously.

We had WyattWorks come out and quote what it would take to get rid of the issues. Throughout the process Jeremy spent a considerable amount of time explaining to me what the plan was, how it would go, how long it would take, and answering any of the 10,000 questions I had for him.

We then went through the process of getting 3 other quotes from local companies. WyattWorks' quote fell right in the middle of the other quotes we received. We were confident in choosing them because we knew, based on our interaction with Jeremy, there was an attention to detail that no other plumbing company matched. For example, of the 4 quotes WyattWorks was the only company to tell us we had to switch around some electrical work due to how the house was grounded. No other company noticed this.

Throughout the process Jeremy continually went over the top including:
- Providing wood for a main entry way that was still slightly damp (see image)
- Avoiding walking on newly planted grass
- Removing some excess trash (having nothing to do with the project)
- Removing old piping that every other plumbing company would have left (based on their quotes)

Additionally, beyond Jeremy, the whole WyattWorks team was incredible to work with from the woman I spoke to when confirming timing to the owner of the company.

We will not be using any other company besides WyattWorks for any other plumbing work we may be.

Daniel from Option One Plumbing was hands down the best plumber I've ever had to deal with. He had a lot of work to do but got it done in a timely manner and had a good attitude about it which was nice.

Would highly recommend to anyone, service was top notch.

These guys are great. Had them come do a routine flush on my tankless hot water heater that they installed (no issues, works great) and they were fast, answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Even installed some new washer connections I had purchased but not yet installed. Perfect, prompt, and great service. That's a win in my book.

I recently purchased an installed dishwasher from Lowes and they provided the installer. Bliss plumbing sent a man named Tony to my house to install and haul away my old dishwasher. Tony really knew what he was doing and was extremely professional as he went about doing good quality work. He cleaned up and left everything like it was prior to his visit. As a young man in the 1950's, I was a plumber and am qualified to make this statement...........I was never as good as he is.

Every two years I have my outdoor tankless hot water device serviced by E. R. Plumbing Services. Each time Ricky comes out he’s right on time, very professional, and extremely competent. I highly recommend Ricky and the company.

Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. You could tell they obviously care greatly about giving the best possible service at the best possible price. Ward Plumbing is the way to go!!!

Our water heater was leaking. They came out and replaced the traditional tank with a new tankless heater and had the job done and cleaned up within 24 hours.

Exterior door repair/ replacement.

Chip was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained why the pressure release was leaking on the upstairs water heater and at what range the pressure should be set. Chip also told us the tell tale signs to be aware of. He explained everything very clearly. He and Joseph replaced the faulty part and set the pressure at a safe level. They were done in no time. We're happy and relieved to have this taken care of, since it could've turned into a major issue.
