Jim Dickerson responds to calls immediately, arrives promptly and always is super descriptive with the problems and a solution. I have used Wonderful World of Plumbing in Charlotte for over 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about the value of their service. Damion and Tyrell have helped us numerous times in our Dilworth Townhouse (repair garbage disposal, unclog drains, etc) We bought a house last year in Southpark and had the scariest plumbing issue this week. All four toilets were not flushing, and water was backed up in the shower and sinks. Damion and Tyrell were able to navigate us through the issue and I am so grateful! They were at our door within 24 hours to help us. I highly recommend Wonderful World of Plumbing.

The reception at this company is has no idea what customer service is. Your receptionist likes to blame customers for her own mess up. From what I over heard from a phone conversation, I won’t even consider using this company. Plumber seems very professional, but the lady behind the phone shouldn’t been someone to answer a phone or deal with any kind of customer interaction.

I can't say enough good things. Within an hour of calling, a technician was out, and less than an hour later, the problem was fixed.

He was knowledgeable and friendly, and the price was great!

Will and Amanda and their team were a breath of fresh air for me. They do what they say, in a professional and timely manner, which seems like a rare commodity these days. I 100% recommend you call them if you need honest, fair and hard work done for you. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because they did fix the problem, but it was a nightmare dealing with this company. I had an issue with another contractor driving heavy equipment over a pipe in the front yard which backed up my sewage line. This company came out and replaced that section of the pipe at quite a high price. Dealing with the insurance company to get reimbursed for this expense and the plumbers refused to call me or email me back after numerous attempts. There were some roots in the line, but those could have remained for several more years without issue and the plumbers refused to agree this incident was a catalyst to the problem. Very unprofessional!

Was definitely drunk or high when I called. Was a uniquely unprofessional calling experience. Definitely takes the cake for a shining example of what I hope will change in society.
