Best Full Service Plumbing in Charlotte NC

We had a clogged kitchen drain and was originally told by another company we would need an expensive additional service to clear the drain. We called Julian's Plumbing to see if they provided the service suggested by the first company that came out. Jason asked a few questions to better understand our situation and said they did provide the service I inquired about but he didn't believe we needed it. Jason was able to come to the property that day and was able to clear our drain within 10 minutes. He not only resolved the issue but saved us hundreds of dollars by not overselling services that were not required. We couldn't be more impressed with their service, professionalism, and most of all their integrity. Julian's Plumbing will be our go to plumbing company moving forward.

What a company! There are not enough words or stars for these guys (Vinton, Dakota, Paul, Carol, Matthew, Justin, and Caiden)!5 stars each and it still would not do them justice. We just moved into our home and it’s older, so we asked for a quote on a whole new HVAC and Tankless water heater.From day one these people were courteous and kind, we never felt pressured to move forward at all, I felt like we owed them money before we had even decided to go with them. After calling around a few places and seeing the price difference being pretty normal we decided to pull the trigger with Queen City, and we could kick our selves for not doing it sooner. They were in and out in no time considering the project at hand, explained everything they had planned, what they were doing at the moment and what still needed to be done. We got thorough walk throughs on all of the post project areas and were asked multiple times if we had any questions. I was honestly so shocked at the speedy and amazing service and quality of work I was speechless, no questions came to mind except one. Why is every company not treating their clientele this way.

I was out of the country when my wife called to say the water heater was not working. I found from the serial number the heater was 17 years old. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They were able to change the heater and bring it up to code within a few hours on the same day. This included things it did not have to meet code; a stand, expansion tank, and a shutoff valve within 5 feet.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

Mike and his partner did an amazing job! I called 3 other plumbers who couldn’t give me an answer, including one that stormed out because we questioned him. I called CPM and Mike figured out the problem in 10 minutes and had it fixed within 20! The price was very reasonable. I am impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We will only use this company for our plumbing needs. We couldn’t be happier with the work!

Called and left a message on Monday asking to set up an appointment to have 4 new faucets installed and to take a look at a disconnected water supply in the garage. No one has returned my call. Happy to update this review if I receive a response for service!

They were prompt, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. Both the time and cost required for the job were accurately predicted. We had no problems and plan to use them again.

Requested service online the day before Christmas Eve - had an 8am appointment scheduled minutes later for Christmas Eve morning which I didn't expect.Next morning the tech, Joey, showed up on time and was great to work with. Walked through the issue and let me know the pricing options. Fixed the drain for less than I'd thought because he was able to reuse the trap.Also did a general water health inspection and advised our water pressure was over the recommended level - guessed it was a faulty pressure valve as our home is older. After some thorough investigation he was able to determine that our house didn't even have a pressure valve because of its age. Was able to walk through likely costs and help get a follow up visit scheduled to resolve this.I'd previously avoided Morris-Jenkins because I had doubts about the service I'd get with the big company but after working with Joey I'm sold. Signed up for their priority membership and will use MJ as my initial call for plumbing and HVAC.moving forward.
