I had a 20 year old water heater in need of replacement. Cody was very friendly and professional. He let me know all my options without pressuring me to choose one. Everything was explained and easily understood including the costs of my different options. I would be very happy to work with Cody again should the need arise.

Josh came in a timely manner and was very professional throughout the whole process! Fixed my toilet up like it was nothing! Christina was the receptionist that took my call and she was very sweet and awesome!

Joe .K and Dustin.W came and checked water pressure had a problem coming from Pressure valve to house checked it out and fixed problem was clogged from city working on sewer and they hit waterline and it causes dirt to block water coming to home. Did a wonderful job highly recommend

Excellent service from the company. Quickly received an appointment with a confirmation call. The repair person called when he arrived. He listened to my explanation/concern. After signing the contract, he went right to work. Once problem resolved he explained what had happened and what he did to repair. He even drew a picture of the problem. He also cleaned the area that he worked in, putting supplies back under the sink. I will use RotoRooter for next service. Mr. Johnny was awesome!

Very professional young man, very high work ethics,he chose not to use his dolly to take out the old toilets and bring in the new toilets by hand carrying them. because he didn't want to damage my flooringHe installed three toilets and he checked and double checked to make sure everything was correct, and he made it a point to clean up after himself. I run a restaurant in a 100 year old building that has perpetual plumbing needs and the crew at Clog Busterz has always been prompt and efficient! David is the best and has helped us on numerous occasions from toilets, to sinks and pipes! When I had an issue at my house with a shower handle that was stripped and the water would not turn off (don't ask my husband how that happened, LOL) I thought to call Clog Busterz first. Over the Fourth of July holiday, my in-laws' basement flooded due to a broken pipe. We called Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning to see if they could fix it for us because we had to get it fixed. We anticipated some delay given that it was the final day of a three-day holiday weekend. Tony, the emergency plumber, called us back in less than 10 minutes to set up a time to come take a look. Tony showed up sooner than expected, evaluated the situation, and provided recommendations. Due to the urgency of the issue, we opted for the quickest and cheapest option. We were relieved that we contacted Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning since, within two hours, Tony had addressed the issue and given us advice on how to prevent similar ones in the future. To anyone in need of a plumber, we heartily endorse Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning. Once again, we appreciate Tony's prompt and expert reaction to and resolution of our issue.

MD has been great with us. We needed an estimate done. We had alot of companies come out to give us insight. It was a great learning experience for myself. MD was the only company that answered the phone, had a tech come out that day, and have us the quote within the next business day. Alot of the other local companies dragged with one or if not all of these. Some places took almost 2 weeks to get us the estimate. These guys work quick! At the end of the day Ron also gave us the most information. He was awesome to work with. I'm excited to work with them in the future with some other projects I have in the pipe line. No pun intended lol. Thanks guys!!

We found a mechanic that we can trust and now we have a plumber we can trust. King Plumbing an Drains took care of our problem in an honest and professional manner. They will be our plumber of choice going forward.

Scott identified the two issues that we had and repaired them quickly making sure that we understood what he was doing. Great service. They came out and checked my water heater during a giant storm, and had it replaced the next day. They were very professional and accommodating.
