The Representatives for the company came to the house a flushed our tankless hot water heater. They did a great job and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber who charges a reasonable price.

I was getting a quote on a tankless water heater. The guys explained every step they would need to take, where the cost is, and pros/cons. I decided to wait for a little bit on the project but I WILL be using them for the job when I’m ready.

Call D.R. Jordan if you want timely, professional, and affordable service! I had an issue with my HVAC and called D.R. Jordan. They came out same day, diagnosed and fixed the issue, and made sure I had a good understanding of what they did. Couldn't be happier! Their business card now hangs on my fridge!

Stan came to check our main sewer line and he went above and beyond to help me understand every step he took and to insure I was comfortable with what he was doing. He was very professional and gave me great advice. If we ever have an issue again I will be requesting Stan!

I had this company come out mid December to look at my Carrier AC unit, the unit was throwing a Code 179. 179 is most likely a faulty board. The first tech came out and had no ide what to do, so after 3 hours he said he would be back out the next day and will warranty all the boards since they are under Carrier warranty until JULY of 2023. I still got charged 90 for the truck fee.The next day I get a call saying another Tech is coming out to look at the system, I waited until my scheduled time and received a call saying the teach was going to be late and they needed to reschedule. That was finem I understand stuff happens.The next day I had been waiting for a teach to come out again to look at the boards,, I get a phone call again saying they were going to have to reschedule again. I told their dispatch I am not going to wait and I will call another company. Dispatch told me they would give me a call back in 10 minutes.I got a phone call 10 minutes later saying the tech would be to my house around 6pm.Tech arrived and looked at the unit and told me, they would not warranty the boards even under Carriers warranty as they did not install the work. He then proceeded to run other test and diagnostics. I asked the tech numerous times, where are we at in price while he was changing out parts to stuff. The reply I got was I'm not going to charge you too much, it wont be that bad. He ended up running a new line, changing out the capacitor that was changed out the previous year. The system finally kicked on and he handed me the tablet with a bill for 800 dollars including another TRUCK fee. They are the ones who rescheduled due to the first tech not knowing the system. I ended up paying the 800 as it being 1am in the morning by the time the tech was done, and I had work in 4 hours.A week later the system is throwing the same code all over again. Outdoor unit system communication fault I called Carrier and let them know I had a company that was Carrier certified come out and look at the system. I was informed the system is in warranty until 2023 and this company should of warrantied the board without any issue. Now I am out 800 and I am going to have to have another company come out and look at the boards to warranty them. It has been running on heat strips for the last 2 weeks.

They don’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I had work done for months ago, and my sink is now leaking all over again.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

Our home was built using a then-recalled pex tubing (cute, right? Thanks best homes >-( ),and have had mulitple leaks over the last couple of years because of it. Several of my neighbors have.

We repaired a couple ourselves, had Roto-Rooter repair another, and after a bad experience with them, decided that we would go another route when the next leak happened. Which of course, it did. I did my trusty ole ask my fb friends first....on reputable, affordable plumbers and Riverview was one of 5 names listed, and 1 of 2 mentioned *more* than once. I called all 5, just in case, and took notes on my calls.
Dawn at Riverview was the MOST helpful, most informative, and most pleasant to talk to out of all the calls I made that day. And Scott was able to come out almost immediately. He repaired our leak for a very affordable price, and I knew he would then become our plumber.

Thankfully, I had him on speedial because 2 more leaks happened within days of each other. :(

After our 8th leak total in 2 years, it was time to make the plan to do a full re-pipe.

We got on their books right away, but did have to wait 2 weeks for our appt time. Thankfully, we did not acquire any leaks leading up to that time...and even though we were told to expect 4-5 days for full re-pipe job, they were able to knock it out in 3.

The price quoted to us was more than reasonable, especially since a neighbor with similar house size was quoted 30% higher than Riverview quoted me. The neighbor did not go with other company, of course, because they were asking too much...and hopefully will go with Riverview when committing to the re-piping of their home.

Bottom line: this company is very professional, courteous and one of the best businesses I've ever worked with for anything.
I will hereby forever recommend Riverview Plumbing Repair when anyone is looking.

I arranged to have this company install new faucets for me. Called on a Tuesday and scheduled for that upcoming Friday. Provided my address and contact info. By 4:30 on Friday they still hadn't shown so I contacted them to get a ETA. They told me they had no record of the job and couldn't send someone until Monday. I am very disappointed in their service. Their quoted prices were reasonable, too bad they never showed.
