We called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday afternoon, for a broken spigot outside leaking water. We were given a four hour window for someone to call us back. Jeff called quickly to let us know he was on his way. He assessed the situation quickly, explained what needed to be done, and gave us a quote. Jeff was very professional and worked so quickly to get the problem resolved. He literally moved fast to get our water back on as quickly as possible. I was very impressed. He was very nice throughout, even with a three-year old looking over his shoulder, narrating what he was doing :) I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again, and would recommend them to others.

They were incredibly helpful and took care of our issue quick with real professionalism.
