Best Drain Line Replacements in Charlotte NC

I have had ongoing plumbing problems in my bathroom for years, finally i called Julian plumbing, they sent a technician named Jason to my home. He was prompt and very courteous, and fixed the problem that kept coming back that others could not fix. I have been problem free for months, and he explained all the problems and corrections to me as he worked. I am very satisfied with the professional service I received from Julians Plumbing and would recommend they to everyone.

Stephen Barry Funderburk was fantastic. He looked over all the pipes with a fine tooth comb and found the problem. Barry also noticed and showed me where the water heater was about to rupture which would have flooded my basement with 50 gallons of water. Barry explained everything in detail about the job that needed to be done and not once did I feel that I was being charged for work that was not needed. Barry also arrived the day the installers Russ Sr. and Russ Jr. arrived, to do the repairs, to show them what all needed to be done. Russ Sr. and Russ Jr. were great, they did not waste anytime getting started on the job and worked the entire day with out breaks until the job was done . When they left they cleaned so well you could not even notice they were there. All three were nice and comfortable to be around.Thank you for everything Melissa Hedger

We came home from long work days to no hot water. Called Wyatt Works first thing the next morning and they called us multiple times to keep us updated on when they could be here. Jeremy arrived on time at 2pm, and had an answer for us, quotes, and it repaired within an hour. I cannot thank him and Wyatt Works enough for their kindness, honesty, punctuality. We will definitely be called them in the future with our plumbing needs. Thank you Jeremy!

Came to give me an estimate on landscape drainage repairs and did a thorough job with It! Afterwards, he used his laptop to prepare me several pages of report of the various parts of the work. He was able to send it to my computer before he left! I learned some new ideas about how to handle common drainage problems and found out about some of the new fiber optics technology used to probe buried drain pipes. I have more than enough to help me make the best choice for my repairs . Mr. Rooter has excellent use of the new methods of handling drainage problems in yards and I was left impressed that this would be a terrific company to trust with my business . As I wait for other extimates this one was a superb start to my process!

Woke up to no hot water; warranty company sent AAA. That Is when I met Richard one of their techs. Not only did Richard work with my late work schedule coming out after 7 PM. The next day after I found out the warranty didn’t cover replacement of my water heater AAA (Dean) worked with me to ensure that I got a new water heater tonight. To my surprise Richard returned and did an outstanding excellent job in replacing my hot water heater. He didn’t just stop there he made sure I understood what he was doing, what each piece was, and what to look out for to avoid the problem happened again. It is this type of customer service and knowledge that Richard gave that WILL NOW make me continue to use AAA city plumbing. I recommend if you need anything ask for Richard he is absolutely outstanding and I am very happy with this work. Richard and AAA made a stressful situation tolerable. I can’t thank them enough!

The installers made my wife uncomfortable with their flirtatious manner. They also did a poor job that required me to fix their work the next day. Very disappointed seeing as we paid $150 to Lowe's for this to be the quality of work they sent to our house

Rick was great to work with. The issue turned out to be something completely minor, and didn't even try to charge me. Ended up with a free replacement part in the process. Will definitely use Peace of Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

I had a small leak in the supply line to the water heater. A well-known local plumbing company quoted over $1000 for repair or $4000 for replacement. Burl's came out on-time and replaced the supply line for $200. They were professional and efficient. Thank you!

They're absolutely brilliant and I'll recommend them to everyone I know, even my mother!

I called to get help locating a small water leak somewhere between my water meter and house (I didn't know if it was in the yard or under the slab). I was asked to sit tight until I could talk through the issue with Jim, the owner. As I'm in Charlotte, I was skeptical, as most of our local plumbers are big corporate shops and I didn't think I'd hear back. 15 minutes later Jim calls me, walks through my problem with me, and throws out a solution that was far more sensible than what I had heard from anyone else I had spoken to. I booked the visit.

A few days later Jim and his team showed up as scheduled. They found the leak immediately, walked me through the solution and cost, and then got to work! Unfortunately, they hit a bunch of tree roots in my yard that meant they'd need an excavator to finish their work. Despite the setback, and the additional cost of having to drag an excavator out to my house in Charlotte from Gastonia, Jim stuck to his original quote and wrapped up the work as promised.

It's hard to find people that are this approachable, honest, and professional. You can't go wrong here.
