Kim did a fantastic job with the kitchen faucet installation. He also replaced garbage disposer a few months ago, and we are pleased with the quality of his work both times.

John Bird (63) came out to my home last Friday. He was prompt, courteous, and able to assess the situation with the plumbing issue in my laundry room quickly. He went above an beyond even draining my washer out so I didn't have water just sitting in it for a week while waiting on the pipes to thaw. I will utilize this company again for any future needs.

I had a small flood in my laundry room which I thought was from the washing machine drain line being clogged since it had been clogged before. Ronnie came out on time the next morning. He check everything, cleaned the lines, and went over what he did. We were filling the washing machine to be sure, he noticed the washing machine it self was leaking. He quickly cleaned up the water as well as cleaning out the washer. Would recommend for Gastonia.

We had an emergency plumbing issue and Roto-Rooter sent out a team that took care of clean-up, fixing the failed pipes inside the house and corrected the problem outside so we would not find ourselves in this situation again. Sena our plumber(tech #3355) was incredible!! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of service in the Charlotte NC area. He removed close to 70 feet of cast iron pipe in a 2' crawl space and replaced it with PVC. The job took 3 days but he strategically made sure we had some working areas throughout the project.

Jim from Michael & Son came to our home and gave us a quote on a new heat pump. He was a pleasure to be around and Michael & Son had the best price out of any of the HVAC professionals we spoke with. The breakdown of the unit and service was very comprehensive and Jim was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Overall, he made purchasing a new unit simple and affordable.
