Had a major toilet overflow situation upstairs and my worst fear came true! The water escaped faster than I could get to it and seeped into the downstairs ceiling. Called these guys: the receptionist was super courteous, she responded fast by sending out Jonathan who did a thorough job with alleviating my disaster, educating me on the current situation, and providing me with preventative tips in case of any future emergencies. All Hours is great and responsive. Within an hour of calling, Eric was at the house and our hot water line was repaired. He talked through the repair, causes, and preventive measures that could extend the life of remaining pipe.

We were in need of a toilet repair that was beyond our expertise. I found MKB Plumbing on Angie's List. They were the first to respond to my request for service. To my surprise they said someone could be out in the next hour or so. It was not an emergency situation, but given everything going on in the world, I was happy to have such a timely response. Harry, our technician, was courteous, on time and respectful. He not only fixed the main problem but fixed the minor issues with the toilet also. While at our house, I got him to do some other small projects that we had been procrastinating on like switching out a showerhead that was too hard to remove. I thought the pricing was fair for the amount of time and projects involved. I will definitely have MKB Plumbing on speed dial for our next plumbing needs.

Dave showed up right on time. He was professional and polite. He was very patient with me taking time to answer all my questions and clearly explain what they would do.

They Missed our first appointment together. I wasn't too upset cuz I know things happen. Spoke with a very nice lady on the phone at their company. My first contact was with a gentleman that told me they don't charge to come out to give an estimate. That's because they don't give one. I got home and the technician just fixed it and handed my wife a bill for $250. He told my wife if it was anything more they didn't do that kind of work or maybe he didn't in the company and somebody else would, on that I am slightly confused. I told them on the phone my neighbor simply ran over the pop-up drain at the street connected to my French Drain and water was now pooling, I was concerned it was cracked underneath. So it wasn't like he was coming out to my house not knowing what was going on. Showed up, put some rocks under it to bring it up slightly of course it's on a terrible angle putting pressure on the pipe underneath it since it's Underground and now probably cracked. Was there 15 minutes for $250 and told my wife that we would probably have to call somebody else to fix it the right way. Great service, great communication, great pricing.... none of that is applicable to this company from what I experienced.

Chris is a great plumber and a great guy. His prices are good and his work is excellent. We call him for any plumbing needs.

Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

I was very impressed with American Lead Detection. I went to their website and entered the requested information and had a call first thing the next morning. David and Jon assessed the situation, found the leak, quickly repaired it, checked to ensure there were no other leaks, and filled the hole quickly and completely. I was talking with Jon while he did the repair and saw how they fixed it - used brass couplings to put the pipes together with proper clamps to ensure they will not move as the ground settles over time.
