Best Bathroom Fixture Installation in Charlotte NC

Very rude. I only called for an estimate and the man on the phone was rude and belitto. Treated me as if I had no idea what was going on. I was able to manage most of the problem and then he was very indirect and snippy. I would never use a company that spoke thay way to a customer Over the phone reguardless of the good reviews.

John was very professional. Diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. These kind of plumbing issues are very complex. I am very happy that I called this company.

Charlotte Plumbing Masters came out the same day I called and emailed pictures of the damage. They kept me up to date on their progress and sent an inspector to check their work when finished. They were professional and I would use them again if needed. Thanks for your good work.

They installed several replacement light fixtures, replaced an outlet, and added a whole house surge protector. On the plus side, the guy was polite and able to provide an estimate without delay. One the negative he (1) put in an 2-gang outlet with 1 white and 1 beige outlet; (2) did a messy job cutting the openings for the recessed lights that will require extra mudding and prep before painting; and (3) worst, he botched up the install of the surge protector by gnawing up the edge of the metal cover to the main box and overlapping the surge protector trim over the main trim at a bizarre angle. Let me add that our main is in the hallway, not hidden in a closet. I asked IRV to send someone else out to fix this mess but they insisted on sending the same guy out. I wanted a clean install of the surge protector and a new cover for the main. He leaves to get a new cover for the panel. Couldn't get a new panel cover (it is from the 1960s and its 8pm). So he has sawed off the edge of the cover. He would have installed that complete with the sharp burred edge if I had not checked and made him go grind it (sort of) smooth. Hope what I can't see (wiring in the wall/ceiling) is better than what I can see.

We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Had a water leak, my electrician recommended ER Plumbing. He gave them my info and they called me within 15 minutes and then they sent out Mike E. to do the repair in an hour. He was very nice, knew what he was doing, did the repair quickly. I asked for his card because I would definitely use ER Plumbing again.

Matt McCarter, a plumber, with Michael & Son’s service was stellar. Very professional, on time and through. He did an excellent job clearing my clogged drain and offered much helpful advice. I highly recommend their service and make sure to ask for Matt!

I am so glad that I found Jim Dickerson Co. Their rates are phenomenal and their work is excellent. I had three situations that needed to be addressed: a badly, leaking bathtub faucet, a disposal that needed to be replaced as well as a kitchen faucet. Brandon listened to things I had discovered after being in my new home for two weeks and offered sensible suggestion. Brandon was very friendly and professional and did an excellent job taking care of all three issues. They are definitely on my to call list whenever I need excellent service. I met both the father and son. They came when they said they would and they were prompt. They told us what it would cost to evaluate the situation prior to doing work. They polite, and explained everything they were doing. They found the leak that was in the slab. They temporarily stopped the leak. I plan to have them back to complete the rerouting and repair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them,

Mr. Ward and his team came out to install a new hot water heater, water softener, and a couple of outdoor spigots for us. Would highly recommend using them if you are looking to have quality work done. The owner and his guys were very respectful, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that they seem to stand behind their work. Their prices were comparable with the prices of other companies we received.

We've used them twice, never a problem with service, nor pricing. Would use them again.

Awesome job by Willie and his team. Devin came out yesterday and cleaned the drain and sent another guy over to camera the lines. We found the pipe broken in a couple spots. Willie and his team came back out the next day to repair the pipe. Great job gentlemen! Thanks again.Rob Burton/Keith Varney

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Since his company is so excellent, word spread fast, so he is very busy, so please be patient! Thanks!
