Unfortunately, we discovered an issue with our hot water heater and contacted our home warranty company. Fortunately, Charlotte Plumbing Masters were sent to our home! It was our first-time doing business with them, and we had an excellent experience! John R. was amazing! He was very professional and took the time to explain everything, and I learned more about plumbing in the 10-15 minutes of him explaining the inner guts of our hot water heater! He is considerate, respectful and takes pride in his work. He even won our dog's love! I also have to give a shout out to Carol - she was amazing as well. So considerate and went above and beyond to help us deal with certain issues with our warranty company. Her customer service was wonderful. It was refreshing to deal with such a class-act company! Kenneth did a wonderful job at my house. He was very polite, and thorough. And he spent a good amount of time cleaning my outside unit. It was much dirtier then I had ever imagined. And when he was done it was sparkling clean. He even had to take it apart to do a good job. I would recommend him without reservation.

I'm apart of the duke energy warranty programs I had been having problem with my A.C off and on ....so Duke has sent them out to repair it. They turn back in a report to Duke energy that a c unit is 20 year old need to be replace. I have another problem so I called my local independent a.c guy. he come to the house. And tell me nothing wrong with my ac until. It's my thermostat inside the house.. And said he would not ever replace the A.C I have. It big commercial style unit .He said it would cost me 10k and the new units are not made with the same quality. They don't make the quality of the current unit you have any longer. There absolutely nothing wrong with your unit. So this company was try to get me to buy a new unit because of faulty thermostat. He told me when you have someone untrained and they can't figure it out there fall back is to replace your whole unit... Beware of there untrained A C tech. May sure you get a 2nd opinion when using this company. I have not had one problem the rest of the summer after replacing the thermostat inside the house..

I had clogged drains in my kitchen and no remedy I tried worked. I call Charlotte Plumbing & Repair and they scheduled a quick turn around time for me. The gentlemen that came was on time and did a great job. Not only did he fix my problem, but gave me a few suggestions to keep it from happening again. I have this company on my contact list for any other plumbing problems that may arise.

After winter storm 2021 caused busted pipes in our home, Daniel and John came quickly and meticulously tested and found 6 busted pipes and repaired them. I was extremely pleased to do business with this company. This small business, based in Mint Hill, was very professional in accepting my call, listening to my needs and setting the appointment. They made it super easy by supplying quality commercial grade ADA (a little taller)toilet and all parts, installing and caulking it, and hauling the old one away for a set price. This was a winner for me! Their plumber, Harry, called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, neatly installed 2 new toilets, removed and hauled away the old ones in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend MKB Plumbing.

I have worked with this company on hundreds of remodeling projects the past few years. I cannot say enough great things about them. They do pristine work, are honest, dependable, and rarely have warranty issues, as in less than 1 per year. They are consistent and fully worth the cost. This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet!
