I scheduled an appointment 1 day prior and the appointment window was from 8:30 am- 6 pm. One the morning of the appointment, Joshua called before 8 am to let me know his ETA. He arrived on time and completed my job in a timely fashion. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is known as the “Punctual Plumber” and I totally agree!

I used William Iliev and his team from Mr. Rooter over the past few years on two separate occasions. The first was when our sewer line from our house to the street had become clogged from tree roots growing inside our sewer line. Mr Iliev & his crew were on it the next day after i called & completed the work the same day.
On the other occasion, we had them hook up our new gas stove, replacing our drop-in electric stove. They connected to an existing gas line from our laundry room to our kitchen. When we needed an outlet to plug in our stove behind the counter, they did that even though electrical is not their primary business. The part they went over and above on, was our new stove was less than an inch wider & they cut our counter top to fit exactly. They worked with the city to come out, inspect and pass their completed work, which included installing a new carbon dioxide meter. They are professional, expedient & quoted the best price on the 3 companies we had give us quotes. I highly recommend using them for future projects or issues.

John was absolutely so knowledgeable about what we were dealing with in our new home. He has been in the industry for years and it shows. We will definitely continue to use he and Charlotte Plumbing Masters. I am grateful to find a company who is HONEST, RELIALBE, PROFESSIONAL and goes above and beyond to help their customers. We found a gem! Absolutely 5 stars!

Brett built a new bathroom off one of our kids bedrooms. He came up with the best plumbing solution requiring new drain navigating a steel support beam and going down two floors with minimum drywall cuts. Very happy with the results and working with Brett was awesome - he has the highest integrity and all around great guy. We also hired Brett to run a gas line from our kitchen to the deck for the BBQ and gas fire pit. Once again, Brett proposed the best solution over other contractors which required routing a new gas line through cabinets, under a lazy susan and through the brick exterior.

I was given a referral to MD Plumbing and needed their services for a major water leak at my home. Called MD and spoke to Jackie and she had Jason come to find the leak and then repair it a couple days later. The company has very good communication with their customers and Jason really knows what he is doing. He found the problem quickly and repaired it quickly. Since the leak was a big problem, I wanted to make sure to use the best company I could find.

Danny looked competent while estimating but he ended up being a lousy plumber. Danny flooded my house. Danny did not care about the quality of his workmanship. Danny refused to correct anything. I finally had to get someone else to fix his work.

Do yourself a favor, call Pork Chop. Used him repeatedly and referred him to at least three other neighbors.

Will is nothing short of awesome! We needed all the plumbing in our 'new' circa-1930 house replaced and he made what could have been a painful process virtually pain-free. He was very thorough, his prices were great and he was very patient as we DIY-ed a second bathroom. And he's just a nice guy!
