We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling which caused a lot of damage and I was so thankful that Carolina Plumbing Pros came same day that I called! They then came back on Sunday morning to complete work after a restoration company started - the quality of service was superb! Both plumbers Jordan and Mykola were extremely thorough and professional and cared about helping us. Prices were reasonable as well. Our experience with them was the best we’ve ever had with a plumbing service. Thank you CPP!!

My technician Jaken was very professional, explained everything so I could understand, had patience with explaining and we far and before (in my opinion) with cleaning my coils on my unit. Roby Electric is the electrical contractor that is doing the electrical work for new my fiber glass pool. Very impressed with this company. I had to update my electrical service because of the pool. Jeff and his team member have worked hard to get the job done. He has communicated with me from the start by texting me when he would be coming and what work would be done when he arrived. The office staff are great as well. As a funeral home manager, I know the importance of great customer service. The folks at Roby need to teach the pool company what great customer service is about because they have been keeping me better informed. Great folks at Roby Electric! You guys rock!

We have been using Thomas of With The Flow for over five years. Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. The First Lady I talked to was very professional.She gave great details on what to expect from the company once tech arrives. They would give a break down of all work before doing anything. This was not done and tech came the max 15mins chaulked area and told my wife what he did and left. I called wife thinking company was on the way to check out the issue. She explained to me they came and gone. I reached out to the company second lady answering the phone told me how professional the tech were. I was asking over and over what did they see how did they repair it..At the end my basement flooded because of the poor repair by this company.

Jeff and his partner (sorry...cant remember his name) came to my house to diagnose a tub drain and were very nice. They fixed the problem quickly and were honest in telling me that I didnt need to do more extensive work which I was considering. They were able to fix the problem with only a service call charge. We had a leak in our irrigation system--water was pouring out of valve in our front yard. To make things worse, we could not get our water turned off, and our yard and neighbor's driveway were quickly being flooded. I called around to several emergency plumbing services, but nobody could come out for several hours. Finally, I found Payless Plumber. They had a technician at our house in a matter of minutes. He not only turned the water off but also fixed the problem with our irrigation system, which other plumbers we talked with had not been able to do. And all for a very reasonable price. We will absolutely use Payless Plumbers for any future issues and plan to recommend them highly to our friends.
