I had a leaky pipe and was contacting several plumbers to get estimates and timing. When I spoke with Brian, I told him I had another company coming out later that day so I didn't want to waste his time but wanted to get an idea of what the costs would be. He quoted the costs over the phone but also offered to stop by after the job he was on to take a look at it even though he knew I had a company coming to find the leak for free. When I met him, I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. The other company called to say they were on their way so Brian left. As soon as the other company showed up, I knew their advertisement had been a scam so I sent them away and called Brian to see if he was still available. He was and came back and did the job. I was impressed with how well he protected my property while doing his job. When done, there were no cost surprises. Everything was done as originally quoted and he cleaned everything up after his work. I was pleased with his service.

I've used Clog Busterz on a few separate occasions and they have been amazing! On top of their great service they saved me a ton of money compared to other companies.

After winter storm 2021 caused busted pipes in our home, Daniel and John came quickly and meticulously tested and found 6 busted pipes and repaired them. Friendly staff when I called to make inquiries and easy to book. They were able to come out the next day. Called and left a message on Monday asking to set up an appointment to have 4 new faucets installed and to take a look at a disconnected water supply in the garage. No one has returned my call. Happy to update this review if I receive a response for service!

Not impressed

Customer service is a failure. They gave me an appointment one week and I told them it was not a convenient time. They rescheduled a week later (no problem - not an emergency). I was told my window was 8-12 am. Called the day before the appt to say my window was 4-6pm - I couldn't be there. They insisted they never gave me a different time; the person who said this was the same one who made the 8-12am appt. bc I recognized her voice.
