We had a huge job at our rental house. The sewage line had collapsed and the entire line had to be replaced. Mike came and replaced the line, added two clean outs, and even surprised us by adding a turn off valve (very much needed but we didn't think to ask about that). He did all this work, along with his crew, in one day. The yard was graded and seeded after the project was done. Debra, in the office, kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this plumber!

Looking at pipes, and determining what needed to be fixed and repairs

I purchased a second hand home a Custom house. I know Price brothers plumbing did the plumbing work. Home isn't even 8 years old. I. Went under the sink and couldn't believe the way the tail pipe was cocked. So rusted, out. I check with the water company got a lab read out for the water. The water was good, pH good. Keith called me the manager I'm guessing, very rude. He wouldn't pay for the PVC pipe and putty we had to buy. My husband had to waist a night fixing this , when I could have watched DBZ. I told my Physical therapist, she said she also had trouble with them on her new Lennar home. Hmmm.

Very professional from the time I set the appointment to when Nick arrived. He knew exactly what to do, gave me a reasonable quote, got the job done quickly, and even let me know what to do in the future to keep clogs down in all of my drains. I'll use Zoom Drains for future plumbing needs.

I had a leaky pipe and was contacting several plumbers to get estimates and timing. When I spoke with Brian, I told him I had another company coming out later that day so I didn't want to waste his time but wanted to get an idea of what the costs would be. He quoted the costs over the phone but also offered to stop by after the job he was on to take a look at it even though he knew I had a company coming to find the leak for free. When I met him, I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. The other company called to say they were on their way so Brian left. As soon as the other company showed up, I knew their advertisement had been a scam so I sent them away and called Brian to see if he was still available. He was and came back and did the job. I was impressed with how well he protected my property while doing his job. When done, there were no cost surprises. Everything was done as originally quoted and he cleaned everything up after his work. I was pleased with his service.

Rick is a top notch plumber and a pleasure to work with. He's an honest guy and his prices are more than fair, especially when you consider the quality of his work.

When I contacted him with a hot water heater issue, he called me back promptly and got me on his schedule quickly. He arrived at the job site exactly when he said he would, figured out what was wrong, quoted me a price and never changed it (even when the scope of work unexpectedly grew in size - which plumbing issues have a tendency to do).

He will be first call from now on for any plumbing needs I may have for my home or any of my rental properties.

Honesty is key & they were extremely honest. Will be calling them again.

I had water damage in my new house from a clogged drain pipe. Another plumbing company unclogged it and then gave me a $8200 estimate to excavate the pipe and replace it.
