Service was quick and they can't me well informed. Surprised how quick I could have a tech out and to complete the hot water install. The tech was awesome. Worked hard and kept me informed through out the process. Also gave me options and show a high level of concern to do everything correctly, high standards and to my satisfaction. Paid a little extra getting the tank from them instead of purchasing my own for them to install. But liked the peace of mind of not only the work but the tank being covered if any issues arrive. Customer service friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I regret that he had to wait on a response from the warranty company for over 1.5 hours when he could have been installing and moving on to the next job on time. We called in Call One (Paul Kerr) to help us replace two shower valves and their trim. The work was challenging, but Paul never failed to be thoughtful, explain the pros and cons of various options, and methodical. His experience really shows.
