I called Duke Energy to report our water heater tank took a cramp. Not even 30 minutes later Jim Dickerson’s company called me and asked if I would be available today for a plumber to come out? OMG yes!!! Thank you! By 5pm I had a new water heater installed. Very kind, respectful, and described everything to me they were doing. Well done!!

Couldn’t recommend Rick enough! Communicating with him was a breeze, plus he’s timely responding. He’s as cheerful as he is professional. He charged us even less than he quoted us, which was already extremely reasonable, because he finished more quickly than he expected to. Talk about honesty. Finally, he insightfully and confidently diagnosed several problems another plumber completely missed and/or misrepresented, offered a set of possible solutions, helped us pick one that would last, and executed cleanly. We are relieved we found and went with him before we locked in with the other folks. We’ll certainly call him again for future plumbing needs.

Arrived 45 minutes late with no heads up nor apology. Overcharged for the amount of time worked. They did do the job requested to completion. I spoke to the owner who refunded me for being overcharged, but still without any remorse for their employee being late and overcharging. Would not recommend.

Travis Deason just completed a plumbing repair that turned out to be more complicated than anticipated. He found a solution and didn’t leave until he was sure the problem was corrected. I also appreciate that he cleaned up so well, I didn’t have to do anything after he left! Although I hope I won’t need to, I will certainly ask for Travis Deason should there be a future need for a plumber.

Chris is great to work with! Had a pipe burst on Christmas so called multiple plumbers the next day. Rose Pumbling is one of two that returned my calls that day. Bailey is so kind and got us all squared away for our appointment. Very happy with their service!
