I called ER Plumbing due to a leak that was found when someone came out to work on my AC. Garrett came out and was extremely professional and courteous. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain what lead to the leak and point out things I needed to consider going forward with the type of pipe I have. He was not pushy and did not try and have me do anything on the spot. I will use ER Plumbing again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional plumbing company.

I highly recommend WWOP for any of your plumbing needs. The team is highly responsive and knows their stuff. I've had some big jobs (busted main water line) and small jobs (leaky bathroom shower) . Every time they assess, inform and fix for the lowest cost to the homeowner. Very professional and locally owned. They have saved me more than once in an emergency. Not sure when they sleep. Fantastic experience. Had a warranty issue through home builder and Paul came out and fixed it very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Jason was punctual and even waited on me as I was running an errand. He handled the problem with no issues. I would recommend him as a tech. My issue is with the cost. Over $300 for about 30 minutes and the use of a commercial grade snake. I could have done it if I had the equipment. The preset cost seem unreasonable for what was done. Next time I will rent the equipment first.

Bryan was super friendly over the phone. Knowledgeable, detailed regarding my problem, and the only person to come to my home and do a through inspection of my needs for a recommendation. He was timely after another company canceled on me at the last minute. He is my plumber provider of choice from now on!!!

Rick did an amazing job on a kitchen sink pex piping job. He found the ACTUAL problem with our plumbing that we were unaware of, didn’t recommend unnecessary work for the sake of money, and was extremely thorough. I'm so thankful to Charlotte Plumbing & Repair. I like to think I'm pretty independent and I usually hate asking for help, but it felt good having them there looking out for me. My son put a load of laundry in the machine before he left for school and I woke up to find water pouring through my 1st-floor ceiling. I called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair, they came quickly, assessed the situation, repaired it and charged me a fair price. I really felt like they had my back and would highly recommend them!

Did not go over how to drain it...does not seem like hose will go on because of the way water heater was placed.....I really wanted my old water heater removed....but he seem liked he really did not want to do it ....so it was drained..and left in attic...so eventually...I will have to find a way to get it out myself.....

The guy that came out was very perfessional. He assessed thoroughly to figure out the problem. He explained the problem to me and fixed it.

They helped me on the same day of my call. They came out during the evening time so I didn't have to call out from work. And the price was very reasonable. The customer service was a 10. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much!

Shea was amazing. He took the time to explain my pipe issue.Shea explain each process in great detail. Once the job was completed he made sure there was no longer a leak. Shea also left a additional washer for back up use. He was professional and polite. I would recommend him for future jobs.

Dillon serviced our AC unit outdoors and was able to insert a part to get our AC running again. He was very professional in his work and took the time to explain the procedures he was using.
