He came by and did some work in my house a month or so ago, and was fantastic. It was not too big of an emergency, but he was still there the next day at the exact time that he said he would be. He also called ahead to make sure everything was still on track. He was very helpful, checked a number of other potential issues in the house at no charge, and was very reasonably priced. I looked at a lot of places around Harrisburg that had only a few reviews before seeing his list of positive reviews here, and am very happy that I went with him. Thanks to him and thanks for the rest of the folks here recommending him. I would not have come across him otherwise.

Replaced a part but didn't fix the problem. Said he'd come back but didn't. Stood me up twice.

Our technician, Taylor, was prompt and courteous. He and his apprentice were able to quickly install a whole house water filter and expansion tank to assist with our hard water issues. Further they were able to fully train me on how the upkeep and maintenance of the filter. Taylor was a pleasure to deal with, would highly recommend Taylor and all of ER Plumbing.

A tree fell in my yard and took out the power lines and pulled the riser away from my house. I Googled electrician services near me, and this was the first to come up. I could not be more pleased. Great service, timely, professional. My technician Vincent was awesome. I couldn't be happier. 10/10 do recommend.

The company sent Nate to repair an electrical problem in our garage. Nate was prompt, courteous and professional. He not only fixed the problem quickly, he also provided us with a list of special parts we could obtain to prevent this problem from happening again. This is our first experience with the company and we will definitely use them again.

We hired Progressive to fix a gas leak and install a new electric water heater with an expansion tank in our crawl space. Brandon worked alone and did both jobs in about 4 hours (despite having a migraine). Unfortunately, when the gas co turned on the gas the leak was worse than before. The gas co tech said that an air pressure test should be done whenever a gas line repair is made. Brandon had not tested the gas line and when notified of the leak offered to repair it but said that an air pressure test would be an additional cost. We decided to have him complete the repair and we would pay the gas co to test the line. When Brandon arrived he said he would do the air test at no extra charge. So after 6 days the gas line was finally fixed. Overall we're satisfied but wish the test had been done after the initial repair, avoiding delays and a few anxious days of waiting and deciding what to do next. We are grateful to Brandon for upgrading the water heater to the brand we wanted at no extra charge and for doing a great job installing it by himself. However, it's unlikely we would use Progressive again because there were several communication issues between us and the office and between Brandon and the office.

I searched for plumbers in the area — we didn’t know the area or people to ask for referrals.I found Burl’s on line and read the reviews. After messaging, I got a call back immediately for scheduling. and he was on the job within 2 days. We just recently had a leaky sink and called Burl’s again bc of the great experience we had last fall. Once again, great service! I would definitely recommend Burl’s!

Professional, fast service! Because his techs were on other calls, Frank Foster installed the shower head in my guest bathroom himself. Frank was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He called when he was enroute, arrived on time, and worked quickly. Since moving to the Charlotte area I've had experiences with two other plumbing services. Those experiences left me, a widow, very concerned about overpricing. Dealing with Frank was a breath of fresh air! Clearly customer service, and not charging top dollar, is his priority. I will definitely use him again!
