Love Roby! Allan was tremendously helpful and stayed past an inspection visit. Oven wasn’t functioning properly (unrelated to inspection) and he checked all wiring, panels and jboxes. Didn’t leave until everything was working, reassembled, tested.

I wanted to send a quick note sending out appreciation for all the work that went into this job. You were an excellent help and I felt I were in good hands right from the beginning, specially after having some other company come out twice and charged me so much money and the say that you just need a new ac unit. I also appreciate how they managed to just work me in without having a appointment today just for working at my neighbor's house, and just willing to answer questions for me and willing to help me with my problem. D and Pete were a fantastic helpful today. The guys were tidy, very respectful of the house, they worked well together and answered any questions that came up. It's great to have a crew as pleasant as those two were. I know that I will be recommending Micheal & Son to the people I know. Great service very professional on time perfection

Dryer stopped working. Called and K1 Home Services came out promptly the next morning and had the dryer fixed in 10 min!! Service was fast, Chris was knowledgeable and the fee was minimal. I’ll be using K1 moving forward.

Very satisfied customer. Scheduled for the next day. Our tech Marcus arrived promptly and resolved the problem—the bathtub is now draining properly. Not too expensive.
