Showed up and diagnosed a bad float switch. I already knew that. Im sure they are very good but they gave me an outrageous price to replace it. Used someone else for half the price.

Just had a wonderful experience with these gentlemen.I called and they picked up immediately (I called 3 other 5-star plumbers before calling them who still haven't called me back!). Call them first and you will save a lot of frustration.

They made an appointment for only a few hours later. They were polite, efficient, friendly with my dog, and took care of my emergency issue (broken drain pipe under the sink) as well as several smaller issues in the bathroom (leaky pipe that just needed to be tightened, another pipe that needed to be replaced, etc).

I especially appreciated that they told me that one pipe just needed to be tightened, when I thought it needed to be replaced. After they left, I was so happy with their work that I changed my mind about something that I had planned to DIY - called them and they were still in the neighborhood- they were very nice about being called back and actually fixed it for FREE!

this guy is a giant jerk, he has no respect for others property to make his sale. absolutely disgusting man. I'd get someone who was worth the money your gonna pay to fix something instead of a guy who breaks others things.

Booked online on Sunday for a Monday appt to have two bathroom sink clogs addressed. Nector arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to show and explain to me what he did and confirm the issues were both fixed. Great service and highly recommend

Hired them to replace my tank water heater with a tankless water heater and I would hire them again. I originally called them and Benjamin Franklin Plumbers for a quote on a tankless water heater. Carolina Plumbing was a full $1,000 LESS than Ben Franklin, and that's before taxes. I also appreciated that the price Carolina Plumbing quoted me included taxes, so I knew exactly how much I had to pay when they completed the job. The other guys do not include the tax amount in their quote. Jason was the one to provide the estimate and do the work the following week. He was very nice and answered my questions. There were no problems and everything is working perfectly so far. Thanks Jason and Carolina Plumbing! If I ever need something else, I'll call you.

Ross was on time, professional and courteous. He also took the time to explain how the pressure in my system works and how to adjust the vents for better airflow throughout my home.
