Do not trust this company. PLEASE READ THROUGH IF YOU ARE DECIDING TO HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I read these reviews thinking I would be getting an organized, reputable, first class company to fix our water heater but that was not the case at all. We had someone come in and give us a quote. We signed off on the quote and asked for a copy. We were told that a copy would be emailed to us and work would start on a determined date at a determined time. Guy shows up late and it's another person than who gave us our quote. We are told there was an emergency with the original technician.This new technician goes about his business and at the end of the day he tells us he doesn't have the water heater we agreed on in our quote, that we would have to use an upgraded system. We were concerned this would increase the cost of the original quote and were assured that because we agreed on a price and the parts, anything extra due to shortages in parts/equipment is on Michael and Sons.Next day guy comes in with the new system to install. He says the original technician under quoted us for the original system we agreed on, so now even with this upgrade we are really getting a great deal. After he installs everything he runs the fresh air and exhaust pipes 1.5 feet below the ceiling and across the entire room then up through an old dryer exhaust access. (See photos) We immediately let him know that is not what we agreed upon and that it looked horrible. We were told the pipes would go through the ceiling into the attic, not across the room 1.5 ft below the ceiling. This guy blew up and got very angry and starts telling us there is no way it can go in the attic for various reasons. I grab a ladder, go into the attic and see that there is room to bring the pipes through the ceiling and call his bluff (he took the easiest route).The electrician then comes in, sees the mess and talks to the technician. He agreed that no homeowner would ever want the job completed in that way, and just because it was the easy way to run the pipes, it was not the right way. The technician starts to calm down with this electrician agreeing it looks horrible. The technician asks to come back a week later to fix it but wants us to pay now. NOPE. We tell him not until the job is done right. He then goes on to say he has done 4k worth of work and we need to pay now. My husband and I said sorry, we were quoted $3400, so it not our fault for the upgraded system or the extra labor he had to do for taking an easier way to run the pipes that looked horrible and wasn't what we agreed on. He apologizes, then agrees to leave, come finish the work later, and run the payment when it is all complete.Finally the technician completes the work and it looks great! (see photo) If only it was done this way the first time! When we go to pay the bill is in fact $4,000 and we start asking why the bill has changed from our original quote. The guy says that is the cost and he can't pull up our quote.. interesting. We go to our email to check our quote and it was never sent to us. I ask the technician to pull up our account info and for our email on our account was the email for our electrician, which is why we never received the quote. Now he is saying we have to pay and that is the original quote. I can understand a $100 difference, but we are $600 off from our original quote. CRAZY!We now call the office and they tell us they can't pull up quotes either. I find this VERY convenient. I am so appalled by the lack of professionalism and integrity with this company. I will never be hiring them again and will make sure to tell everyone we know to not use them as well. This is not a bitter customer trying to ruin the reputation of a company but a homeowner that's highly disappointed with their shady business practices and concerned for others looking to have quality work done in their home at a price they agree on.

Had a minor hiccup but the company corrected it immediately. All the technician s that came were extremely polite and professional. Hassle free. Definitely would use them again. Thank you

I highly recommend WWOP for any of your plumbing needs. The team is highly responsive and knows their stuff. I've had some big jobs (busted main water line) and small jobs (leaky bathroom shower) . Every time they assess, inform and fix for the lowest cost to the homeowner. Very professional and locally owned. They have saved me more than once in an emergency. Not sure when they sleep. Call them, you won't be sorry.

Customer service was excellent when I called to set up the appointment. Technician Jake came on time and was very professional, explained and fixed our clogged pipe issue. Overall, excellent service experience from the company.

She went above and beyond to help with an underground leak coming from the city's pipe, and followed up with me the following morning to check on the status (even though this was not a job that MKB had involvement in). Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Best man in the world outstanding

Requested cost to replace a tub drain plug and they quoted a price of over 300 to replace. Called another plumber- 99 dollars with labor. Separate issue- had a leak that they looked at and investigated. Told me it has to be coming from my shower tub and said it would be about 5k to replace. After the tech left- I spent a lot of time trying to find the source of the leak- turns out it was nothing to do with the tub and all to do with the caulk missing from the tile on the wall where the shower spray hits. The charge costs for service is way too high and in this case out of line with reality. The techs are nice and very good communication- but don’t let that be your folly. Get a quote and get a second opinion before you just fork over your cash.

Roby Services helped tremendously with a wiring solution for our new dishwasher in the kitchen and new GFCI circuits that were needed to be installed. The Roby team does great work and we highly recommend them for their services.
