Jody was the technician that came to my home and did plumbing. I found him to be very knowledgeable and extremely personable. He gave me lots of insight and seemed to really enjoy what he does. He was exceptional and look forward to more plumbing jobs I want done.

Electrician came to diagnose and repair two outlets that had stopped working. He figured out the problem (two problems) and repaired it. Very thorough and explained everything he did. Great service!

Responded quickly, relative to other contractors; I called them in the morning and they had shown up, diagnosed the problem, cleaned out the drain line, and had a sustainable solution proposal within a few hours. The techs on site were courteous, careful (wore shoe covers inside), listened intently, and competent.

Kevin was extremely responsive and quick to come change out my bathroom faucet. I asked for a quote and within 5 business days I had a new faucet. It was very fairly priced and he even included a coupon from their website. Would recommend for standard plumbing services.

Very punctual. Explained what needed to be done (both the most cost efficient and more expensive). Quick work with solid quality. Cleaned up nicely when leaving. Would absolutely recommend.

Always there when you need them.From the moment they answer your call to the end of the job. They handle things with care, efficiently and expediency. Fair, trustworthy, knowledgeable , kind are just a few ways to describe this company.We have used them numerous times on different plumbing issues.

I have worked with this company on hundreds of remodeling projects the past few years. I cannot say enough great things about them. They do pristine work, are honest, dependable, and rarely have warranty issues, as in less than 1 per year. They are consistent and fully worth the cost. Derek, Danielle, and their team are all wonderful!

Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. You could tell they obviously care greatly about giving the best possible service at the best possible price. Ward Plumbing is the way to go!!!

Plumber charges $196 for a one hour service call. Reported he could not fix our water heater, we would need to replace it. Within an hour of speaking to the plumber about the necessary repairs our tenant calls and informs us he has hot water. The plumber quoted us $1885 to replace the water heater which is $1000 more than 2 other plumbers we contacted. Find a more honest plumber for half the price.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Horrible experience with the tech Stefan (owner of the business). Perhaps he was having a bad day (and I don’t care if he was as the paying customer should never know if you are) but his communication and customer service skills were awful. He did an obvious incorrect installation and instead of acknowledging his mistake and fixing it, he instead was disrespectful and argued with me. Worst, tried to take advantage and attempted to overcharge me for a simple/part job. Very disappointed and discouraged.

As an aside, Destiny (the person who answered the phone) provided excellent customer service. Perhaps she can train the owner on what that looks and feels like, and the level of professionalism one should have....especially while servicing people inside their homes.

I would never use or recommend this business again.

I had a really good experience. Keith came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me to better understand my water take situation. After he completed everything, he explained what he did. It was like I was working with my brother. Such a great experience. Thank you Keith.
