We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

We've used ER Plumbing services several times over the years and have always appreciated their honesty and dependability. This is the first time we've had a weekend emergency (outside line to sewer blocked on a Sunday night), and they were excellent, from the helpful woman who answered our after hours call to Leonard who showed up in less than an hour and had our problem fixed quickly and professionally. The prices are not cheap, but you definitely get your value with ER plumbing. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Awesome service! Very easy to make an appointment, tech called before appointment time and was there in 10 minutes, very knowledgeable and professional and best of all fixed our problem quickly!

Do yourself a favor and shop around.  For a simple shower drain snake (which took a whopping 3 minutes) and a gallon of Bio one, we were charged $448.  This is absolute insanity. I am currently awaiting a call back from the owner.  If this is changed to a reasonable charge for a basic service call, I will revise this review... Otherwise, this is straight highway robbery and you should avoid this company at all costs.

Update: We were not called back by end of day as promised. Pricing and work to be performed was deceiving. We were told a sewer machine was going to be used. It's even documented as such in your billing provided. We paid upfront, then your tech returns with a simple hand snake. I will revise this review if the owner accepts the fact that his tech was deceptive in his pricing and changes the bill to an appropriate charge. Sending a drug free tech and “we have overhead” is not justification for misleading a client on the work performed and the fee charged is no where close to fair market value. I know this, you know this, and now everyone reading this review will know this. Hopefully this will help at least one person avoid being taken advantage of by your company.

This was a great experience from the moment I first called. I was incredibly stressed about a plumbing issue and I called late on a Saturday night. They picked up the phone and from off the bat were sympathetic to what I was going through and really made it a priority to help me. The person I spoke with on the phone is the person that showed up at my house and as soon as they got here went straight to business. Extremely professional the entire time, respected my property, and to top it all off, it was an extremely fair and competitive price! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. What I really like the most is they not only solved the problem, they went up under my crawlspace and diagnosed what the underlying cause was. They could have just cleared the clog and been done with it. But they told me WHY it clogged and what I need to do to fix it. Which is about a ,$10 fix. All in all I would hire Zoom Drain again and I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional service at a reasonable price. ??

Clog Busterz is THE BEST! We had a leak that we thought was an emergency and they came out immediately (outside of their normal work area!). They were incredibly helpful and took care of our issue quick with real professionalism. Their pricing was very fair and they were extremely kind and caring to our situation (I was freaking out over water damage and you could tell they really cared!). Highly recommend!

These guys are really awesome, they were neat, efficient and did not try to up sale me. I have nothing but glowing reviews for these guys and Burl himself came out to make sure we were fully satisfied. These guys have my business!!
