Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing services.

We used Will to connect us to city sewer. He did an excellent job from start to finish. He was punctual and professional. We were pleased with his documentation on the initial estimate. Not impressed. Way over priced. Spent 20min trying to snake a drain that wasn’t resolved in the end. Charged nearly $500. Save your money, look elsewhere. There are companies willing to negotiate or finish the job. The best customer is a repeat customer. I learned my lesson.

Dean Burns was paid to change the plumbing in my bathroom. I have tried to contact him for a month because my plumbing was messing up again. I found out he did not replace the pipes. He will not contact me about the situation. I was told I have a 5 year warranty. I’m looking to call an attorney. Have anyone else sued him? I just tried to look Dean Burns up on the State Board of Plumbing and can not find him.
