My house was built with polybutylene, in the 80s, and would sporadically spring a leak so Pathmaker upgraded my whole house to modern PEX. John gave a very detailed estimate and answered all my questions along the way. He was quick to answer a phone call or text. Even tho the job was a multi-day job, he had water turned on for us every evening so we could live our normal lives and take a shower. :) The entire job passed state inspection the first time which is more than I can say about other contractors I have hired. Nearly run over by one of their white company trucks walking the dog in the neighborhood. Speed limit is 25, he was pulling a trailer and driving it like he stole it...doing more like 45. This is a heavily wooded, curvy, hilly road. No one should drive like that in a corvette, much less a big pickup pulling a trailer. Poor judgement.

Marcus was very professional. We live in Creedmoor and needed someone to test our water for toxins. Marcus did a thorough examination and provided metrics to show that the water was in good standing. In addition to the metrics, he provided guidance based on his experience and sent documents we could review for further consideration. Marcus also went above and beyond what was required because we forgot to ask him to look at our water heater before he left. So, we called the main office 10mins after he left to see if he had time to return. He returned and did a thorough investigation of the water heater and stayed for an additional 15mins explaining to my fiancee what he (Marcus) had found and the recommendations to follow. Extremely pleased with Marcus' service and we feel educated enough to make a decision on how to ensure we have the best water quality for our home. We will utilize Progressive's service once we decide.

I had a great experience! I called today and they had a plumber at my door in about 30 minutes. I had a leak from a kitchen sink pipe, 2 clogged bathroom sinks, and a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. In less than 1.5 hours, he had all things repaired and working better than ever. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them from now on when I need plumbing services.

I had a small leak in the supply line to the water heater. A well-known local plumbing company quoted over $1000 for repair or $4000 for replacement. Burl's came out on-time and replaced the supply line for $200. They were professional and efficient. Thank you!

Excellent work today by the Breault team of Ray and Brian at my south Charlotte home.
