Scheduled a free consultation and met with Mark Hudome. He was very professional and had great salesmanship; very transparent and did not pressure us at all. He talked us through the different options and recommended the correct unit for our house/size. Ultimately, we went with another company due to timing and Mark was very understanding. We called to report that we had no water. they were here within the day determined that the well which was under the house would be too costly to repair, and time consuming Within 2 days, they had the gas lines marked and we had water..

As an addendum This morning I called at 8 to report that our hot water heater was not working.. Within 15 minutes, Harry was here. He confirmed that the problem was the breaker. Again, I am impressed with the consistent professionalism of the company from the moment I speak with the office to the departure of the plumbing team. I highly recommend the company.

Our electricity went out at 8:00 pm and our Home Warranty recommended calling Toliny. He was here within 10 minutes to diagnose the issue. We’ve never had such quick and efficient service. He worked directly with the Home Warranty to make sure we got as good of a deal as possible. We appreciated his hard work and honesty so much. First experience in with Carolina Plumbing Pros. Destiny was great scheduling my service and getting someone out to my house quickly. Once onsite, Shawn was thoroughly troubleshooted the source of my leak to minimize the size/amount of holes needed in my kitchen ceiling. I was back to normal within hours.
