He charged us even less than he quoted us, which was already extremely reasonable, because he finished more quickly than he expected to. Talk about honesty. Finally, he insightfully and confidently diagnosed several problems another plumber completely missed and/or misrepresented, offered a set of possible solutions, helped us pick one that would last, and executed cleanly. Their Plumbing Arm came out and replaced the water heater in our attic. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They came in a good bit under what some of the other organizations in town were charging. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs moving forward.

Toliny Plumbling & Electric was recommended by my warrenty company to solve a problem with a 220 circuit for my water heater. He arrived earlier than scheduled and completed the job in 15 minutes! Unfortunately, after the job was complete, we waited over 1.5 hours for a response from my warranty company so that he could close out the service request, which was an inconvenience for us both. Although, dealing with my warrenty company was frustrating, I am glad I had the opportunity to work with such a wonderful service company. I will definitely call Toliny Plumbing & Electric for future projects and services and will recommend them to anyone looking for great prices in addition to excellent and timely service.

Arrived 45 minutes late with no heads up nor apology. Overcharged for the amount of time worked. They did do the job requested to completion. I spoke to the owner who refunded me for being overcharged, but still without any remorse for their employee being late and overcharging. Would not recommend.

I had a small leak in the supply line to the water heater. A well-known local plumbing company quoted over $1000 for repair or $4000 for replacement. Burl's came out on-time and replaced the supply line for $200. They were professional and efficient. Thank you!
