Best Garbage Disposal in Charlotte NC

Just paid over $400 to replace a bathroom fan. Seriously? If you were going to charge me that much for a minor job warn me before sending someone out at $99 to tell me that yes, indeed the fan does not work (no d'uh). They were trying to up-sell me to over $700 with their plan and needless surge protector. Really? I need a surge protector for a bathroom fan that was running safely for the eight years I've owned the house? Not ever using these guys again!

Jody was very nice and helpful. The toilet installed a few weeks ago didn’t fit right. Previous technician said it was ok. Jody worked to find a toilet that will hopefully fit correctly.Update:Jody came back with a new toilet that fits in the space and it looks great! He’s very conscientious about his work.

KG did a great job coming to bring hot water to my water heater. He did a great job and was very professional. I will use irv for any outside work thanks to KC

Great experience using TOLINY for electrical work. Response time was very timely, he was very knowledgeable of all things electrical and had good work ethics. He was also very transparent with us on what needed to be done and didn't try to sell us on a bunch of stuff we didn't need.

Brian was absolutely wonderful!!! He took care of all my repairs and worked very, very hard to make sure everything was to my liking. I could tell immediately that Brian takes pride in his work and enjoys what he does. He is so nice and very easy to talk to. He walked around with me as I showed him everything I needed fixed and he performed a thorough diagnostic on each repair. He went to the store and got any additional supplies needed to finish the job and returned promptly. What he did in one day would have taken me weeks and probably months to finish. He is very knowledgeable in repairs and installations and I'm amazed how one person can fix just about anything in a house!! I am very pleased with the finished product and would definitely recommend Call 1 Home Repairs and especially Brian to anybody needing repairs, installations, and just an expert opinion on anything related to fixing up their home.

I called at least 20 companies - HVAC and electricians - to install my new range hood, including an exhaust. No dice until I called K1. Kris came out same day and not only quoted a fair price but he flagged that I need additional components to ensure my range hood worked as intended. Super happy with his work and enjoyed the jokes and Chic Fil A sandwich. Would absolutely hire him again. In fact, we are already working to install my TVs. Thanks, K1.

Heath was EXCELLENT. Highly professional, quick work of a not easy project, and fair. Had two estimates done, Ace was fair and honest compared to other. Will def be using again
