Best Emergency Plumbing Drain Cleaning in Charlotte NC

We had a water pressure problem, and John sent Caleb to the house within two hours of my email. Caleb was clean, organized, and explained exactly what the problem was after he spent 30 minutes examining different parts of the water system. He gave me a specific quote for the work, completed the work timely, and cleaned up very well. It was a great experience, and I will use them next time!

We have used E.R. Services for a few years now and have had great service each time they come out to help. Professional service, friendly and kind phone staff that's helps us get on their list for someone to come out. We usually get someone out to our house the same day we call. They always show me their work and explain what they did before they leave and also give me a firm quote before they start any repair work so I can make a decision on what I want them to do. So easy and they do great work! I would recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

Edward came to our home and completed a bi-annual maintenance service on both of our HVAC units and did a fantastic job! So appreciative of his professionalism and explaining to me along with pictures to help me better understand. I will definitely continue to use Michael & Sons!!

Five stars for Zoom Drain and the technician Duane. It was easy to see that he is very experienced, and knowledgeable, while he was trying to find a clog in this old drain line. Very professional.

Our hot water heater stopped working. Our home warranty company sent Charlotte Plumbing. I'm over satisfied with how Kevin gave suggestions and handled the problem with the part not being delivered. He stayed on top of that parts company until the got it right. We stayed in communication the whole time. I got the thermo coupling today and he came about 6 tonight in the rain and crawled under our house to repair the gas heater and got us hot water.

Installation of new HVAC unit was very professional and quick

I had a great experience! I called today and they had a plumber at my door in about 30 minutes. I had a leak from a kitchen sink pipe, 2 clogged bathroom sinks, and a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. In less than 1.5 hours, he had all things repaired and working better than ever. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them from now on when I need plumbing services.

We were quoted $85.00 service call plus parts.
When the tech had diagnosed the problem it appeared we needed a $15.00 plastic part for our toilet. The Tech did a great job. He also checked with his boss for the price of installation . His boss Burl insisted on charging us $175.00 (!) to install this 15 dollar plastic piece. Take it or leave it! Burl's Plumbing does not deserve anyone's business, especially not a repeat business. Cannot be recommended -

After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.
***It's very rare to find a company these days that doesn't take advantage of a situation like this and ends up charging an arm and a leg.***
Their image is super clean cut, they are extremely honest class A company that I wish I could be them a 10 star review.

Tony installed a new water heater in our home. Our tank is housed in an outdoor cabinet, so he toiled in the wet. The tarp I offered him was turned down. Superb quality of work. Tony at is fantastic, and I highly recommend them.

Our hot water heater broke and started leaking through the ceiling. This was on a Tuesday night. The next am i found their reviews online and called. Stefan was here early Wednesday am and gave me an estimate along with 2 other plumbers. There was one other plumber that was a little less but he didnt mention reinforcing the floor in the attic now that it had gotten warped from the water. I felt like for the small difference let stefan do it. While he was here he fixed another small leak on the main water valve. Very professional but also warm and i felt trustworthy. He finished when he said he would. So glad i didnt have to go without water for very long. Thank you!
