They were scheduled to install a laundry shutoff valve box. First time they did not show, but called to say they were rescheduling. Second time they did not show and I had to call them. Maybe they are good once they get there.

They positioned my hot water heater in a position so that you can’t get to my furnace so that it can be serviced. This is not good because One hour heating and air service guy couldn’t properly service my system.I have paid this company a lot of money to do repairs for me and when they did this, it was my third time using them. Now I’m going to have to pay someone to correct this problem. At this point I’m just not sure about this company because seem like by them being the professionals. They should have know better.However on today, I’m happy to say that Benjamin Franklin plumbing corrected everything and did apologize for the inconvenience. They were prompt to come out and did everything that needed to be done free of charge. They repositioned the hot water tank away from the furnace and One hour heating and air was able to finish the maintenance check up. I was so pleased because they were friendly and down to earth and was happy to make everything right . I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs and because they were so willing to correct the problem. I’m giving them a five star rating and be telling everyone I know what they done for me today and all the technicians were great and were friendly and down to earth and easy to talk to . I had three different technicians that came out plus a supervisor that was a really nice guy.Thank you Benjamin Franklin plumbing & one hour heating and air??????

I requested maintenance service to have my main drains flushed. Josh came out and explained everything very thoroughly. He patiently answered all of my questions. He made some suggestions and did not try and sell me things that weren’t needed. Thank you for your professionalism and prompt service. Will only use Charlotte Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. If you need service ask for Josh!

Matt and Mike were professional, prompt, and patient. They carefully explained what they found and my options for repairing. They got the work done quickly and had everything cleaned up and back to normal the same day. I would definitely call them again to repair a plumbing issue.

Was on time and done very quickly changing my hotwater tank. Plumber was helpful and knowledgeable.

Fast, on time and I thought the technician corrected an issue without needing to replace water heater. A week later the issue came back and upon learning the warranty was still in effect, I contacted an authorized repair company to come out and look at the problem. Roto Rooter did not test the elements, but charged $160 to basically do nothing. Now having to spend more money on labor that isn’t covered.

Tony treated our home with respect, kept us updated on what he was doing and why, worked diligently, and cleaned up after himself. It was necessary to cut into the wall to access the valve. They consistently deliver. They stand behind their work, and unlike with a fly-by-night company, you won't have to chase them down for follow-ups forever. They always makes an effort to get the job done properly the first time.
