First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. While I did not end up using Motherroad's services to complete my water filtration project, I feel compelled to leave a review after my experience. This was far and away the BEST interaction I have ever had with a contractor. Alex was prompt, explained my options in great detail, and did not try to upsell or push anything extra or unnecessary to my project. He told me exactly what he wanted to use, why he wanted to use it, and included a breakdown of every single item and its purpose in his quote. He also broke down his pricing for me, which provided that extra layer of comfort with the process.

It is clear that Alex really knows his stuff and takes great pride in his work. If you haven't yet, take a look at the pictures on his website; he is definitely an artist of his craft. Unfortunately, we did not have the room in our budget to go with him on this occasion, but I wholeheartedly believe he is worth his price and would be ecstatic to go with Motherroad on a future project down the road. Tony was on it. As fellow Vet, I appreciated his honesty and his war stories as well. Very knowledgeable. He educated us on the dos and don'ts to maintain the drain. Tony also corrected sink/drain pipe alignment.
