I had a hard time getting someone to call me back after multiple attempts to have my work completed. Once I got a hold of someone, it took a couple weeks to have the work actually done. If the pricing hadn't been so competitive, I would have gone somewhere else. I was sorely disappointed to see my poor lawn ripped to shreds after the work was done, though I suppose there is no way around this.

They added a new installation on my outdoor faucet to connect to my swamp cooler-then just took off without telling me how to use it with my garden hose and etc. It completely messed with my water pressure and now it does not work.

I found Sean from Anchor Plumbing on Nextdoor/Thumbtack and he was great!! Super responsive to my issue (seriously within 1 min). Sean texted regularly, was here exactly on time and charged a fair price. In fact, I sent a picture of the issue and he said it would likely be $350, but when he got here he said it was easy and would only charge a service call of $89 so that was very cool. Sean will be the first person I message for any of my future plumbing needs.

I had a $22,000 mini split installed a year ago. It has been nothing but a headache. Leaking through my roof, the heads don’t cool and they leak water. The condensers are loud and were never leveled. There are bubbles in the lines and the list goes on. They do as little as possible to repair things and when I called to have them come out today I was refused service because it’s been a year and they won’t work on my system. HORRIBLE SERVICE! On the install they promised to remove the old furnace and they back peddled on that too. They take your money and run!
