Best Water Pipe in Albuquerque NM

The property management company for my UNM rental always used this company. I have been using them on my own personal home. I find them to be very responsive and able to get me in especially when my air unit wasn’t working. I have always had wonderful service with the crew in the field and the office staff are wonderful!

My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

They were amazing and very professional. Roto Rooter quoted us over 1000 dollars to fix our water heater and we have to wait over a week. Mother Road Plumbing gave better prices for quality service and could fix it the same day.

I had a problem with my hvac system. They guys came out to work on it. While they were starting out we found we had a major plumbing problem. They stopped what they were doing to help me clean up the water that had flooded my basement. They were so kind and helpful! Their kindness was so appreciated. I’ll call them back for sure if I ever need work.

I have used Juan and STA plumbing for a number of years across several of my rental properties. He has always gotten the job done, and ben very fair on prices. He's always my 1st call and I have never had to make a 2nd call.

An interesting experience. I called Central about a plumbing leak under my bathtub in my crawlspace. When the guy came out to assess the situation, he refused to enter the crawlspace, saying that he'd seen dozens of such leaks and didn't need to go into the crawlspace to see it for himself. He expected me to explain the leak and its source and its severity even though I hadn't been down there myself (too old for that now). He eventually said he'd provide an estimate for the repair -- or at least what he thought would be the repair -- but never did so. When I called to ask about the repair estimate, all I got was an answering machine. So I emailed the company but never got a response. Apparently they don't need the work.

I am a Realtor and have used Pro Plumbing for more than ten years (10) for my own properties as well as recommended them to all of my clients. During this time Pro Plumbing has tackled every kind of job imaginable and I has always reigned victorious. At the same time I have found Pro Plumbing to be the most reasonably-priced as well as consistent. Sigi is an incredible problem solver, professional and always has a great attitude. My only complaint is that my other contractors don't match the same caliber of Pro Plumbing.

Nate was here all day putting in our hot water heater. It was very cold outside and he still managed to be professional kind and happy. It was a rough job and he had to bring the hot water heater up to code in a very small spot. He let us know when he turn the water off and on so we would have water in the home. The most I could do was offer him hot soup and hot tea along with his apprentice and they were very happy to have that. I would highly recommend him he was very neat, clean and uplifting. This place has done my heating and AC the last 3 years and is the best and reliable and reasonably priced.

WORST customer service experience ever. Asked to speak with a supervisor Kevin came on the phone explained to him our situation he hung up on us. Call back and he said that there was nothing he could do for us everybody did not have air conditioning right now. Have to call another company to fix a mistake they should be fixing

I have been dealing with MGP Mechanical for several years. They are Pros at their job. I'm on a seasonal contract and they are always out to change my filters and clean my unit.

The technician they sent (Andres) was super knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed and grateful that he was able to fix us up!!

Water Mold Fire Restoration of Albuquerque came out and gave me a free, honest appraisal of how important mold remediation was in my home. They told me the truth -- that, in my case, it wasn't that important to do serious mold recovery. In other words, they were honest enough to not manipulate me with fear tactics about black mold. Honesty from people in this line of business is priceless...!!!
