Christian came out to help with my HVAC system on Nov 29, 2021. He provided annual maintenance on the system but was also able to quickly assess the problem that I’ve been having with the heating—-evidently it was an intermittent gas valve issue. One of the hardest problems to detect is anything intermittent and the fact that he diagnosed it so quickly speaks volumes about his technical abilities. I’ve also greatly enjoyed speaking with your receptionist Kris.who is an absolute joy and frankly is another reason I love your company. I might invite Kris to Christmas dinner!! We had a home inspection that indicated a repair was needed on our hot water heaters. When I spoke to MGP they were very helpful in letting me know what would be needed to do the repairs and scheduled us quickly. When they came out they saw that no repair was actually needed and helped me get all the documentation to show it was working properly. They were quick, honest and very well priced.
