I've had them do a bath-to-walk-in-shower conversion, replace an evaporative cooler, clean out ducts, replace water heaters and bring existing heaters to code, replace a furnace, electrical work like a bathroom fan, and more. Highly recommended. Please tip them if you can.

I cracked the tank on the toilet. The tank has been discontinued so we replaced the toilet. I might have been able to get a lower price if I had all the time in the world but I know I couldn’t have found any more responsive or professional service. We are very satisfied

I am thrilled with my new mini-split system installed by JC&E LLC! I have nothing but high praise for the work ethic, honesty, transparent pricing, and satisfaction with their service. I did extensive research before choosing this type of HVAC for my home. I had several estimates to decide my best course of action, and JC&E won hands down. I was told by other companies that there was no way to add mini-splits to an Adobe house. I was told the project was logistically impossible by everyone except Julian at JC&E. Julian and Elias offered the best plan, with reasonable pricing, and was transparent every step of the way. The project estimate was clear and concise, with equipment choices thoroughly explained. The two days of the installation went as planned, including the crane arrival and removal of the old system from my roof. The crew, the planning, the new equipment, and the follow-up service to inspect the final project was outstanding. Choosing to spend a chunk of money on new heating and cooling is daunting, but I felt I was in good hands, and I love my HVAC! If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Just yesterday the water heater in my home decided to give out and die... knowing that the weather has been super-hot I knew it was going to be difficult to get a plumber/service provider down. I first called another company who unfortunately could not help me in the time needed and so I was referred to Dom’s Plumbing. Immediately Dom began to help me over the phone getting everything set up. He could not come yesterday but said he would be at my home first thing in the morning. Sure enough, 0745 this morning Dom himself showed up with Adam (employee) and began to work. They were fast, and efficient and answered all my questions about the new system he installed. I WILL be calling them for future services when needed! I felt very taken care of by these guys knowing not having hot water for dishes, showers etc.. Getting taken care of this quickly was a blessing!

Very professional workers who installed my furnace. Everthing was done quickly and very cleanly, taking exceptional care not to cause any damage to walls, doors etc. I was also given a very good explanation of the functioning of the furnace.

I had an appointment to switch from furnace to swamp cooler. I was told I needed a new pan because the one I have leaks. Tech was to come back a few days later to complete the job. He was running late (Sunshine called to tell me); later I got a call he wasn't coming at all. I guess he was the only one who could do this work that I had already paid for. Next appointment they tried to set was a day I could not stay home from work. Because the last appointment never happened, I figured they really couldn't give me an accurate time of their arrival. Tried to set another appointment but was given first available. I thought that because I was already a customer waiting for 10 days to get the cooler running that I might be given some kind of preferential treatment. I refused the first available and did not set another appointment. I've been using this company for more than 5 years but I'm looking for another company that I hope is more reliable.

Excellent company! I have used them multiple times and they are always very prompt, professional, and the problem gets fixed correctly. Would recommend them to anybody.
