My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

Received several quotes to run a gas line for an outdoor kitchen, and Alex at Motherroad was by far the most thorough. Took the time to explain way more than I'd ever thought I'd know about gas lines, which really helped me

Had my water heater replaced. The tech was great but I thought it was really expensive. $3500 to install a water heater! I asked the manager to itemize the costs but he was evasive and rude. I just wanted to know where my money went and they would not explain it. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Words can't describe my gratitude for the VB. I had a pet emergency! Where my dogs foot got stuck in the bathtub drain in the process of giving him a bath. Animal control was unable to help me with my situation. They advised me to call a plumber. So I quickly googled and came across VB. Richard took my call.
