Well, I would first start with not only did they arrive right on time to help with my heater, I was able to text them pictures of my thermostat when there were more problems and HE called ME to help troubleshoot. Ultimately, I needed a new thermostat and, again was super helpful, the cost to come back to the house was only for the part - no extra service fee. If you need help with your air, or heating - Luis with LC Heating and Cooling is a very smart choice. Professional, prompt, and polite with exceptional skills. Call them, you will be happy you did.

Barney was amazing. He installed a new water heater and finished before the estimated time. He kept the work place neat and clean. He cleaned up the work area when finished and left the area cleaner than when he started. He was professional and friendly.

Fixed my 12 year old basement ac. Only place in town that would touch it. Contact with Tom's RV was great. Tom's is great place, too. Fixing your RV these two places are the place to go if you are in ABQ.

If your system needs work these guys will not disappoint! After hearing our pump needs replaced we gave them a call and they sent out Cody. Cody was truly an awesome, genuine, honest guy with a lot of knowledge. By the time he left our heater was up and running (without replacing the pump) and he left with a smile! And this was on a Saturday evening. If you need work done give these guys a call.

Julian and his team were great from the start. I asked for estimate he showed up the same day and provided a competitive price vs. Others! After the job was completed he came back to relocate my thermostat and charged system with more freon. My refrigerator air unit works great I've already provided recommendations to others as I was impressed in their work ethic and response time!

I have received excellent service from Guys on several occasions. They book out very quickly due to being a father/son duo. But if they have time between jobs and are in your area, they will try to squeeze you in for small jobs. The woman who answers their phones is 100% honest about how quickly (or not) that they can get you in. I will definitely keep using them.

Not only was the company able to get me in very quickly for A/C repair, but Cory very quickly identified the issue, and instead of having to set up a following appointment for installation, he went and purchased the part, came back and installed it all within the same afternoon. Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
