Best Toilet Clog in Albuquerque NM
Rocketman came out urgently when I needed them (last minute of course) and unclogged a clog. Little hassle and really nice.

Even though they do not work on vehicle AC units they were able to recomend an excellent shop that was able to fix our AC on short notice.

I was very impressed in how fast i received service. Scheduling was very easy. Getting a text with the installers name and picture made me feel safe and the professionalism of everyone i spoke with was very much appreciated. Thanks for the great service.

Leaking pipe is repaired, most importantly. Otherwise I am somewhat disappointed as I had notified them of this water leak on a Friday morning, but they were unable to get to it until Monday, water leaking the whole time. I am dreading my water bill and am upset about all of the wasted water! This repair is immediately adjacent to another repair that they fixed recently, I wondered if it was the same pipe? The repairman worked very hard and informed me that it was a different pipe adjacent to it. Estimated at $1,000. Abut bill was $1,400.

Our tankless hot water heater sprung a leak on Sunday morning and Plumbing Express had it replaced by Monday afternoon for half the price quoted by TLC. Lanni was fantastic at arranging for the estimate and install date keeping in touch via text throughout the process. Christopher took care of the replacement in just a few hours and was super friendly. Two cold showers was worth saving $3,000 and being treated with respect. Thanks Lanni and Christopher!

This is the second time we’ve utilized AllOut Plumbing. Although the 1st, James took care of us and this time it was Oscar and needless to say, either one did as well as the other. Very courteous, professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Dealt on the phone with JR both times and the only difference was by the second time you feel like you’ve known him and has completely earned your trust. All Out was referred to us by Gregg Phillips, and I will certainly join the mission on referrals on every opportunity that comes along. Today I called to perhaps have All Out do a preventive maintenance schedule, and Rachael is certainly a compliment to the team. Thank you all. Sincerely, Clyde Montano

I requested an estimate be completed at my parents residence for refrigerated air. The employee who came out, was rude, judgmental and treated us as if we couldn’t afford the job. He never sent me the estimate. And the estimate was completed about a month ago. Well I ended up going with TLC. This company lost business. Poor service. Would not recommend

TLC fixed an electrical issue in my 43 year old home. They were prompt, knowledgeable of the issue, courteous and fixed the problem. Electrician Alberto was the man for the job. His respect for my home impressed me. He contacted me when he was arriving and was timely and very professional. I can't speak highly enough about TLC. If you are needing electrical work in your home, I strongly suggest hiring them.

This company was exceptional. They resolved the issue. They were thorough with their testing to ensure the issue was resolved. They were reasonably priced.
I had clogged sinks that needed immediate attention. My primary plumber was out sick and so I was forced to find a plumbing service online. After some quick online searching, I found TLC Plumbing and Albuquerque Plumbing. Both had on-call service and had availability to come out right away. The problem was that I was very nervous about using a big company. In general, these companies are more interested in selling additional services than resolving the actual issue. Quantity over quality. After speaking with both TLC and Albuquerque Plumbing, their on-call reps did not offer much reassurance that I would receive quality service. They were abrupt and weren't great at answering questions I had. They almost had this take it or leave it attitude. In the end, I decided to leave it.
After a little more searching, I found NCB Mechanical. The on-call rep (might've been owner) was exceptional. He took the time to answer questions I had and reassured me that the company had a high success rate in quickly resolving the type of issue I was having. So, I scheduled to have the plumber come out the next morning.
The plumber was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and very tactful in his approach. He did not take a brute-force approach in resolving the issue in an effort to get in and out. He took his time. Unfortunately, the clog was a little worse than he had thought and the snake he needed wasn't currently available. Since the issue was not resolved due to the tool being unavailable, I was not charged. The plumber was very apologetic and assured me that someone would return first thing in the morning to resolve the issue. While I was disappointed that the issue wasn't resolved, I appreciated the plumber being honest with me and not charging me for a mistake on their end.
As promised, the next morning a plumber came out. As expected the clog took some time to clear out. The plumber then asked me to work with him in ensuring that the pipes were completely clear. We ran a series of tests such as running water and filling up the sinks and releasing the drain. The plumber wanted to spend extra time testing to ensure the issue was resolved. I appreciated this since the one and only time I worked with Roto-Rooter the issue came back shortly after the plumber left. After a good amount of time, the plumber felt comfortable that the issue has been resolved. The plumber took the time to explain why this issue might’ve happened. He also provided advice and tips on how to prevent this from happening again. I will definitely use this company again. Great all-around experience.
