Dom came out to change out a wire in our furnace. It was the end of the day, but should have been a quick easy job. It turned out that the wire was fine, but there was a giant birds nest in the pipe that leads to the roof and a different part that we needed. Poor thing should have been home with his family, and we told him he could come back the next day instead since it was getting late. He insisted that he wasn't going to leave my family without heat and stayed 3 hours to make sure our furnace was up and running!... And all with a good attitude and a kind smile on his face :) what an awesome guy!! Sean was so professional and responsive. I ordered the water softener from another source and it was supposed to arrive Saturday, but I didn’t want to make an appointment and then not have it show up. It did arrive Saturday and I texted Sean; he responded and said he would be here Monday morning! What service. The installation was done very professionally and he even installed a shut-off valve for my cold water line that previously had to be shut off outside in a very inconvenient manner should something happen in the middle of the night. I highly recommend Sean for any plumbing needs—he’s the best!

I have used All-Out plumbing for all my plumbing needs. ALL of the technicians are very knowledgeable and answered my questions in a way I could understand. They Respond and come out in a timely manner and are clean. Every time they have left my home it’s like they were never there! They installed 6 smoke detectors last year..we have vaulted ceilings..one of them the alarm was going off and they wanted $450 to come out and remove the smoke alarm because it was “after hours”..$450 is a big screw..this company too expensive..more companies that are way more cheaper and will gladly help elderly and disabled without taking their life savings
