I had a swamp cooler system replaced with a modern HVAC system. I was really impressed with the workmanship that Antonio and Louie provided. The equipment they installed was top of the line at a very competitive cost. I am so happy I selected LC Heating & Cooling. I would highly recommend them if you need service.

I really appreciate everyone at Wagner! My appointment was scheduled two weeks out and they called me two day later to reschedule the following day. Joe is an amazing technician! He fixed the problem with my HVAC, explained everything he did and provided me with great recommendations. I am very pleased! Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

They say they will get to the job but now seem too busy. Say they will call back, no reply. Now they would rather I find someone else. They don't care that their delay and inaction is causing me to run out of heating and hot water. Their delay canceling the work til the holidays is a big problem, that they don't care about. I will never even consider using them again.

Called them in the morning, they came out, diagnosed, ordered parts and it was fixed by evening. Sent me an email with photos of what needed to be replaced and the cost to replace them. GREAT COMPANY with professional techs and professional service .Highly recommend Abq Plumbing, Heating, Cooling.

My AC kept turning off during the heat wave we are currently having and I called another company and they couldn't find anything wrong so the next day I called American AC & Heat and they came out the same day I called and found some issues the other company couldn't find and it has been running fine since. Cody and his team did a great job and were very professional.

made an appointment for an estimate between 9-11 am. 11:30 rolls around and no plumber. I had to leave because of another commitment, my wife called to inform them about the no show and cancelled. The plumber calls me at 12:30 to tell me he's running late. Ya think. they should have given us a courtesy call. Big red flag with this place. So we probably dodged a bullet by possibly hiring them to do the job.

Eric Peters and Rudy were on time and completed the electrical work in a most professional manner. We are very happy and satisfied with the job they did!!
