Rocketman replaced the 40+-year old Coleman gas furnace. The work was done efficiently with good clean-up. Came out again when an intermittent fault occurred. New Revolv furnace working well. It is intrinsically very loud and unlikely to survive as long as the Coleman did.

Well, I would first start with not only did they arrive right on time to help with my heater, I was able to text them pictures of my thermostat when there were more problems and HE called ME to help troubleshoot. Ultimately, I needed a new thermostat and, again was super helpful, the cost to come back to the house was only for the part - no extra service fee. John Calderon was able to quickly diagnose a problem with my central heating unit and corrected it. Very satisfied!!! On short notice, James Shook unclogged the garbage disposal, explained what had caused the problem. Again, I was very satisfied.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

Rick and Dave provided excellent service for a furnace install and refrigerated air conversion. Their bid was 60% of the next closest estimate but their quality was excellent. Our house present some challenges and I was very impressed at their craftsmanship and willingness to adapt to our input. Good guys, great service, fair price.

We had to have our piping completely redone throughout our home. They did an excellent job. Very professional, cleaned up afterward, and all of our many questions were answered. I didn't hesitate to have them come back out for our ac/ heating unit inspection. Andrew came out this evening for the inspection and did an exceptional job. Even though he came out for such a late appointment, Andrew took his time to make sure the inspection was completed properly.

Monday morning.... NO WATER! Called a well known ABQ plumbing company and their first response was I needed a new water softener offering me a $4k job. Realized it could not be the softener -- had to be the well because water was not coming in on sprinkler system either.
