Best Swamp Cooler Install in Albuquerque NM

AWFUL!!! DISRESPECTFUL ACTIONS AND COMPLETE DISREGARD FROM FIELD STAFF AND OWNERSHIP. My mom Lena Reyes, who is 84, spent $949 to have a water line valve leak repaired, two faucets replaced and a shower leak repaired. On 5/26/22, Rocketman employee Doug C. and another employee arrived at my mom’s house to perform the work. After the workers left, and water line opened, the sprinklers came on. This should not happen if the sprinkler valves are closed. My mother called them on 5/27/22 to let them know one faucet they replaced was leaking and the new problem with the sprinkler valve. An appointment was set for 6/2/22. The employee came out on 6/2/22 but said he was not prepared to work on a sprinkler valve and did not look at the faucet. Another appointment to address the issues was scheduled for 6/9/22. Employee Doug C. again returned and inspected the faucet and found it leaking and attempted repair. I then tried to explain to Doug the issue with the sprinkler valve, he only wanted to talk past me and over me. He did not want to listen only talk. Disrespectful with me and with my mother who he told he was tired of explaining himself to her. They left and the faucet still leaks. I have called three times to inform them the faucet still leaks and to try and get answers about the sprinkler valve, 6/9/22, 6/13/22 and 6/16/22. Each time with a promise that the owner is aware and he will call me. I have yet to hear from the owner regarding work that is currently under warranty.

I have used Comfort Solutions a number of times since 2013. They installed a mini-split heating and cooling system at my business. They have been back to perform regular maintenance and repair of regular wear items on the system. Most recently I had them out to fix problems, on both the mini-split system as well as (2) traditional HVAC systems, caused by another mechanical contractor who was brought out by a roofing contractor. The tech who has come out most frequently, Eugene, is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My experiences with the company and owner have left me with the same impression. This company is trustworthy and they will get the job done right. I hold their work in the highest regard and would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Solutions of New Mexico to any of my family, friends, and colleagues.

Great service and very reasonable pricing. I have had Central Plumbing into my home twice, and have been impressed both times. Trustworthy, and have fixed both issues (sink drain clog and furnace) in a timely manner. Will use them again, and highly recommend!

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

I could've been happier with the service I received. Rick and Dave were very friendly and incredibly professional, providing honest feedback and service throughout my furnace and AC install, and again during a plumbing catastrophe. I give Custom-Air my highest recommendation!

However the two Lady schedulers I can see confuse the Plumber's coming out.. also the Ladies don't schedule very well either pretty lazy schedulers unfortunately ..but I give 5 stars for the incredible work the plumber did

Our service rep Chad came out to our house in Corrales and did our service call. He was pleasant, he was professional, he was knowledgeable. When I couldn't find any other company to come out on short notice during the busiest time of year for heating maintenance, Signature was able to fit me in. I was very pleased with them, and I will be giving them all my heating and cooling business in the future.

Great Company and Service. Guy's squeezed in a new Swamp Cooler install in early July. Called many local plumbers, many don't return calls and prices were outrageous. Guys showed up when needed, had a fair price and did a great job. They are also very clean. They will be our plumbers from here on out.
