I had an instant hot water heater go down recently, and I originally called the service company recommended by the manufacturer, and they told me they would get back to me with a time someone could come by. I never heard from them again, so I called Comfort Solutions to see if they could help with the problem. They sent a technician, Eugene, out to my house that afternoon, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get the necessary parts ordered for the repair. Eugene was professional and courteous with my wife when he arrived, and I was very pleased with his customer service in general.

It ended up taking a week to get my hot water heater up and running primarily because the parts took several days to arrive (to no fault of Comfort Solutions though), but once they did, Eugene had them installed in good time and charged me a very reasonable rate for the number of hours it took to complete the diagnostic and installation process. The repair has held for several months now without issue, and thus it was time to give Comfort Solutions a positive review. Thanks to Eugene in particular for getting the job done well and being straightforward and honest with me throughout the process.

Thomas and Brian are the two best plumbers ever! They were fantastic. They listened to my description of the plumbing problems. They asked intelligent and logical questions leading to tracing the problems in my home. They then fixed the problem explaining clearly what they were going to do and why. They also educated me clearly on how to continue to maintain my system. They were fast, friendly and respectful. I will highly recommend them and the company they work for to anyone with a plumbing, heating or cooling problem. Fantastic service at Affordable prices!!

This was amazing, I called them maybe about 2 hours ago for a leak and they were able to get to it same day. Pamela was stellar, she came in and fixed the leak like it was nothing at all. Very professional, very quick and very nice. 10/10 will recommend to a friend and family. They have a customer for life.

I work for a Property Management co. in Albuquerque NM, American AC & Heat is the only company we have ever used that will respond and (usually) complete our work orders the same day! I've even called Cody on weekends and have never been refused service. Expert; friendly service; fair and honest pricing, Cody is great to work with! I highly recommend him !

City water, city sewer hook up - great price, couple guys in a pickup with shovels were the only ones who said they could beat it : ) - I went with Rodgers though, pretty much in and out I wouldn't notice they were there except for the vent pipe and my water isn't yellow anymore.

I cant rave enough about the company and the technician Freddy Ruiz was awesome, he explained everything he was doing, did a thorough job from beginning to end. I will definitely be calling them for future cooling and heating needs.
