Dennis Elliot came out on time, and fixed my A/C professionally!!! He really was courteous and very knowledgeable about the whole A/C electric system and fixed it in a timely manner. He made sure everything was wired right and that the A/C worked properly! I really thank this company and recommend them for anyone who needs a reasonably priced and professional job done. Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

The professional employees at Four Star Mechanical installed a brand new furnace for us this month. They worked quickly on a cold evening to be sure we weren't without heat overnight and explained how to use and monitor the system. They took the time to clean up the area and made sure the furnace was in good working order before they left. We will certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

Joe was the repairmen who helped me. He came on time after I called him to check on my heater which had stopped working. He looked at it, and then came back the very next day to fix it. He did the job quickly and very efficiently, and I am a very satisfied customer.
