I had used another company for some small repairs, intending to use them again to replace our water heater, but called/emailed several times with no response. I saw VB recommended by someone on FB, decided to call and get a quote. He said they were available TODAY, came out and knock it out immediately (like at my door within an hour from the call). Even helped me get my fireplace pilot lights back on and we now have working fireplaces for the holidays. Definitely a great experience.

In the face of an emergency that had the water shut off to multiple homes in a town home complex they responded fast after hours on Saturday. They worked diligently to keep in contact and resolve the plumbing issue Zach did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing, heating, or cooling.

This is a pretty bad Company I have ever seen... Stay away or taking the risk as u wish... They charged me over $420 for coming out on Sunday - replacing the fuse on my AC unit plus some unknown electrical troubleshooting as specified by the Field Tech. The AC unit was running for 1 day and failed again the next day :( I have to call someone else... Shame on you... Never again!

My husband and I purchased an air conditioning unit for our home. And though there were some hiccups at first, all the technicians were very nice, respectful and helpful when needed. I even had the opportunity to speak with the manager Daniel, who help make everything right when it seems like everything wanted to go wrong. I appreciate their time and will use them again.Daniel, thank you for your time talking with me and making sure I was heard on my concerns. I value you that most.

They have been around only a couple of years, but they have a lot of experience between them. They have good prices a great service. Had water leaking behind the shower wall and Vince was quick to respond so we weren't without water for long. Gave excellent suggestions to go choose our own new fixtures and was back quick to do the work. Very personable and professional. Would definitely recommend to others.

They do good work

Had NCB come out and install a tankless water heater, last fall. They worked late several nights just to make sure things would be done when they promised! Then, had to call them back again this spring for a leak in our yard. They came by early Monday morning to check it out and got the repairs started Tuesday morning. Repairs done by early afternoon, have had no issues with their work!

Unprofessional staff. Didn't finish the job they advertised. Would not return calls. Had to have them come back out to fix issues. The hot water heater was replaced and they never came back out to fix the dry wall. Should have went with Pearl Mechanical as I originally got a same price estimate from them. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I have used Alta Plumbing before and Alta was leaps and bounds more professional and communicative than Valdez.
