I was surprisingly impressed with my entire experience with Rocketman Plumbing. I called other national branded plumbing companies and they didn’t even answer their phone or weren’t available till the following week.

Here’s the really surprising thing (in my experience with Albuquerque customer service), the receptionist was very friendly, professional, calm, and informative. She gave me a specific time that the tech would call me back. The tech called me an hour earlier than she told me he would call me.

I’m a tech guy and was very impressed with their use of GPS and text notifying me by text that the location of the tech and how far away he was.

I wasn’t there to meet the tech but my wife said that the tech was very friendly, upbeat and humorous (another rarity in Albuquerque’s customers service field).

Our toilet wouldn’t flush and he quickly found a tree stump growing in the toilet drain. He competed his work in an hour which was fair. Other companies said it would be a 3-4 hour job.

If your looking for a plumbing service with great and fast service I highly recommend Rocketman Plumbing. We’ll be definitely calling them for our other properties.

We've had Mark and Braden work on several of our rental houses, including preparation for sale. They rebuilt the ducting for an evaporative cooler (swamp cooler); replaced a swamp cooler; winterized and summerized swamp coolers; serviced a wall-mounted furnace and thermostat; cleared out drains; and reworked some vintage plumbing on a kitchen sink and clothes washer. They've always done a good job and we've been happy with their work, so we've become regular customers.

In a generation when customer service is lacking in most industries, Affordable Service is raising the bar and setting a standard. I want to thank them for their friendly staff, from the office to the technician. They went above and beyond what is necessary. When our blower unit went out and the A/C unit would no longer work, they brought out 2 portable units to the house to help cool the home over the weekend prior to the work being done on the following Monday. Thank you!!!

Dylan provided excellent service today my a/c maintenance and was on time! Wagner initially installed both AC and Heater in 2016 which was reasonably priced. The system has always performed well and provide a maintenance program which I appreciate.

Called them and they gave me an appointment for the next day. Never recieved a call before appointment as promised and no body showed up. I called at appointment time and the guy told me he would call back in 10mins. Never happened.

Made an appointment on a Thursday for an estimate the following Monday between 8-8:30. 9:15, I am sitting around waiting on their guy and finally call them. Woman in office says it'll be this afternoon. Don't waste your time, especially if you have to take off work to be home.

I reached out to multiple plumbing companies and Vince responded quickly and was able to take care of My water heater the same day. His work was great, he was professional and fair. I'd definitely recommend him and would use his services again.
