I have used Comfort Solutions a number of times since 2013. They installed a mini-split heating and cooling system at my business. They have been back to perform regular maintenance and repair of regular wear items on the system. Most recently I had them out to fix problems, on both the mini-split system as well as (2) traditional HVAC systems, caused by another mechanical contractor who was brought out by a roofing contractor. The tech who has come out most frequently, Eugene, is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My experiences with the company and owner have left me with the same impression. This company is trustworthy and they will get the job done right. I hold their work in the highest regard and would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Solutions of New Mexico to any of my family, friends, and colleagues.

I have a service agreement with B.Carlson. They come out twice a year and check my HVAC and heating system. I have been using them for years and love the service they provide. They keep my systems clean and running at top performance. I believe in being pro-active in mataining, not having to react to unit not working at a bad time. I feel the the service agreement is a great value and peace of mind. Christian is awesome, he came by today and did a thorough cleaning of my HVAC. He did a thorough check-up to make sure all of the units numbers were in line with specs. I know keeping them clean will save us from costly repairs down the road and keep them running efficiently. I also really appreciate the front office staff. Kris called earlier in the year to renew my service contract. Ashelyn, calls to set up my appointments in advance and then the day before as a reminder. They both are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Christian called to let me know he was on the way and was on time. Now I can sit back and relax knowing our cooling comfort is good to go for the rest of this season and the next. I purchased the swamp cooler package that included service in the Spring and service in the Fall to switch back to the furnace. I had zero issues with the swamp cooler all Summer. Well worth it.

I had MGP install a Navien tankless hot water heater. They did an outstanding job, and didn't cut any corners. The piping work was professionally done and the entire process was very easy. They came in with a very reasonable price, and did the work on time and correctly permitted everything which can be difficult to find in Albuquerque. I would highly recommend them.

Carl was right on time and he got right to work. He's very professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything he was doing and answering my questions. He's also very personable. I've never written a review about anything in my entire life until today. Had a leak in my house called these guys to come look at it. Waited, waited, waited, called them they said that they had already came and went to my house, to my surprise. Turns out they went to my neighbors house asked them if they had a leak my neighbors said no. They did not identify my house or look at the address or identify anyone inside of my neighbors home. I know that businesses like this must be busy but it is inexcusable to not identify a home where the problem was. Don't know if this is a reflection of poor leadership or incompetence, either way I am looking for others to fix the problem.

Rick was very professional from my initial contact with him through the installation process. The team was easy to work with and concerned about making sure I was satisfied with the installation process. There was an issue with the heat not working after the installation. I called the office on a Sunday morning. Rick returned my call within 30 minutes and came out immediately to correct the issue. The heat was back on within 90 minutes after my call. I highly recommed Custom-Air.
